I don’t eat here all that often, but when I do I always get the ultimate porker unwich. Food has always been fresh and assembled with care compared to typical fast food joints. Workers have pretty much all been friendly as well.

Went in for a new summer wrap, because the first time I got one it was really good. This time a girl behind the counter just slopped my wrap all together. The wrap was ripped, and barely filled. I guess if you like tortilla salads this is the place to go.

Placed a delivery order for over $40 online, after an hour wait I tried calling the store 4 times with no answer. I drove to the store and our food is still sitting in a box on the counter. After the person in charge looked at it, he says, oh, it was just about to go out. I don’t believe it was “just leaving” I then asked him why no one was answering the phone and he said that they are really busy. I understand being busy, but not answering the phone, not letting customers know that their food will be there in an hour or so ( Our office is 7 blocks away) is not the way to run a business.

The food is incredible! But they seriously need a wider range in which they can deliver because the area they deliver to now is entirely too small. Indiana PA is not that big of a place but they won’t deliver more than like a mile away from the restaurant. That’s bad service.

As always Jimmy John’s always has a great sandwich. Eventhough the store inside was open, This store tables had not been cleaned in a while. Not a good impression for a place especially during COVID 19 breakout.

I get them for lunch everyday without fail. However recently I have taken to asking them to not put mayonnaise on my sandwich and just bring mayo packets with the delivery. I personally do this because the mayonnaise gets watery when sitting on the sandwich too long and drips all over the place. Recently despite asking for the mayo packets I have not received them and this is extremely frustrating.
