Best chicken wings in the area. Came here on Thursday and service was very slow and had to keep asking for the same thing over and over again. None the less, I will be back, their wings and Bleu cheese are great!

I live in upstate New York. I was in Virginia visiting my sister and family. My niece invited us out to eat at this restaurant. I had never been here before. The atmosphere was wonderful. The service was excellent. Our waiter was wonderful. The food was plentiful and delicious. I would definitely go there again.

I’ve heard many good things about Jimbo’s over the past several years and finally got to try it for lunch with the family on a weekday. Getting there soon after they opened, they weren’t busy, but by the time we left, they were moderately busy. The menu is loaded with good eats and according to the server, nearly everything is made fresh, in-house.
The server also said they won an award for their wings, so we tried a batch – Half were spicy dry rub and the other half were Thai chili. Both were very tasty! The actual wings in the wet sauce, the Thai chili sauce were double the size though, which was odd. The server did an amazing job describing their Filet Mignon sandwich which is done on focaccia. She said the focaccia is a homemade rosemary style and this sandwich was amazing! The tenderloin inside was so very tender and perfectly cooked to a medium! The hand cut fries that came with it were great too.
Service was great! The place is basically a sports bar. Overall, definitely enjoyed the visit and look forward to the next time I’m back in the area to return!

ordred the french dip on sub bun instead of ficcacia. Wow. Came toasted. asked for a wnd cup of au jus. So good. Wife order mediterranean chicken sandwich. perfect. get value for money. Waitress was super.

Got a recommendation for Jimbo’s from a bar patron somewhere else. We were seated quickly and drink orders placed. The bone-in buffalo wings were great with good spicy heat. The star of the meal was the Old Bay chicken tenders. Can’t wait to go back for those tendies and hand cut french fries!

Got the Dewey and a Chicago Dog. Both were delicious. However, I’m downgrading the Chicago for four minor discrepancies. Red onions instead of white onions, pickle slices instead of a spear, standard relish and no poppy seed bun. Also, the tomatoes were diced and not sliced. A good Chicagoish hot dog but not a Chicago hot dog.

What an awesome local bar and grill and quite the hidden gem.
The wings were absolutely delicious and I’m sure the remainder of the menu is flavorful as well.
Server was awesome and very attentive. Beer was cold, can’t really ask for more than that.

Crowded on a Saturday night. Seems to have a lot of regular local folks. Plenty of TVs showing different games. Cincinnati hot dog was very good. Shrimp BLT salad was limp with too much dressing, though the shrimp were done very well!
