Every year I come here for my birthday, and I’ll continue that tradition every year. Philippe, the manager. runs this restaurant so well. If you have the honor of meeting him, you will know great service. I’ve never had any dish that disappoints here. From the fillet medallions, to famous truffle tots & French onion soup , this restaurant has everything you are looking for when it comes to a great night out. The wine menu is extensive. There is a vegan buffet on certain days. They do have valet services, if you require, at the front of the hotel. I would suggest reservations ahead of time on the weekends. This is inside of one of Boulder’s finest hotels, The St. Julien. Definitely make room for this on your weekend plans if you haven’t been, and you will be in for a real treat!

Jill’s is an exquisite restaurant! The food is delicious and beautifully presented. The staff is always attentive and friendly! Check out the live shows .. they are always entertaining and the intimate setting makes for a lovely evening!

Beutiful calming atmosphere. Staff was incredibly sweet and welcoming. Food was absolutely phenomenal. We ordered the berlignets as a starter and ended up eating devouring 2 dishes! It was sooo good!

Edit: Really enjoyed the vegan buffet! I’m so happy they were still able to accommodate my request for a birthday dessert even though we were there for the buffet. The panzanella, risotto cake, garbanzo/artichoke fritter, lentil meatballs and shortbread cookie were all home runs for me- I’d be back in a heartbeat if any of these were added to the regular dining menus! The server, Evan, was delightful and attentive. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the lack of more than 1 vegan option during regular dining hours and I believe no options during happy hour.

Food was good for American food. We were a party of 2 veggies, starters were good but mains were a bit lacking. Try sit in the non bar area, much nicer and quieter.

By far the only restaurant that has variety of vegan (and vegetarian) dishes. The food was impeccable, delectable. ‘JT’ had an incredible customer service and made our dinner even more enjoyable. Honestly I felt like a princess for a while (hehe). For appetizers we (I and my bf) ordered Bruschetta. You could feel the taste of , spices and olive oil. It felt like it was in right quantity. Next came Boulder burger. The only place that had black beans patty. The burger was so mesmerizing (and messy to eat at the same time), I literally fell in love with the chef (Matt). Then came Spaghetinni Alla Checca. The spaghetti was filled with tomatoes and it looked healthy to eat at same time without being nauseated.

Came here for both dinner and breakfast, and the food was excellent. Pizza was delicious plus salads were so good. The service was so nice and friendly. Definitely recommend.

Went for dinner last night. What a wonderful treasure of a restaurant. The food was 5 star and so was the service. Thank you to Executive Chef Rich and his amazing staff for the incredible meal.
