Hands down the best restaurant in all of Georgia! The flavors were incredible — I wish I could’ve tried more dishes, but the lamb biryani was an easy 11/10. The meat literally melted in my mouth, and the biryani was packed with rich, delicious flavor. The crispy chicken was also an 11/10 — perfectly tangy, crispy, and insanely good.
The ambience is chill, and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. I’ll definitely be coming back to explore more of the menu.

I try to eat vegan once a week and this is the kind of place that I can come back to again and again.
The flavor of their vegan dishes are so good. They don’t just take the meat out of the dishes just to make it vegan. You can tell the dishes are created with care even non vegan would love it.

The atmosphere is great for a date night or business lunch. Service was fast and friendly. Food was nice you customize the spicy level of your entree and presentation felt fancy. They also have a full bar.

Ordered food to go and really feel like it was thrown together. $32 for lamb chops that were over cooked and dry. Spinach and mushrooms was a children’s serving. Goat looked okay. Just feel like for $75 it could’ve been done better.

Absolutely loved our dinner at Jhoomar!
We tried the chicken samosas, butter chicken, garlic naan, and mango lassi — everything was delicious! The flavors were authentic and perfectly balanced. The restaurant itself is beautiful — the decor is stunning, and I especially loved the dining chairs and how well everything was set up, from the silverware placement to the lighting.
Service was excellent — attentive without being intrusive — and the music created a perfect dining atmosphere. You can tell they take real pride in quality.
The only small note is that the outside sign could be clearer; it was a bit confusing to find since the name isn’t visible, but that might just be due to a recent name change.
Overall, highly recommend! We’ll definitely be coming back soon.

The portions are huge here, but the spice level is not there. I went with 3/5 for chicken tikka masala, as I do when I try out a new restaurant, and my friend went with 5/5 for hers, and I didn’t really taste or feel any spice. My friend did say that the spice built up as she was eating, but we were both in disagreement when the receipt came and 5/5 was labeled “Indian spicy.” But the place is cute and the food is good, other than the bit inaccurate spice level. They also have a military and cash discount.
This is probably just an honest mistake, but I was charged more than I wrote on the tip line. I noticed because I tend to round up or down to the nearest dollar amount for the total, but it seems like they may have mistyped out of habit from people tipping in full dollar amounts, perhaps…

Truly the best biryani I’ve ever had anywhere. Fluffy, fragrant, and so flavorful! Surprisingly delicious salad tossed in house made dressing.
The servers were very attentive.

First time here & it was absolutely amazing! Our server was so attentive, and the food came out very quickly. The alcoholic drinks we got were also very good! The food had the perfect amount of spice. Will definitely be back when I’m craving Indian food again!

Haven’t tried this place as of yet. The few Indian cuisine restaurants that I have tried here in Columbus, food wasn’t nothing to brag about let alone recommend anyone eat there. Standby because I will give you the real skinny on it. Atmosphere is a plus, but I have eaten at some of the most not so pleasant looking places and the food was good. I didn’t say anything about great! If the food is good I always go back to see if there’s any consistency. So, please standby…Be back with the good and and bad news most tick…sooner than later. Right now, I am giving them a 4 for peaking my interest. Be back shortly for a raise in review or a demotion. I don’t care what that score on the wall says. I will give my honest opinion.
