I can’t say anything about the food because I’m still waiting for the food an hour and a half later! I will NEVER AGAIN order from this restaurant. It’s the absolute worst! I would give zero stars if it was possible. You can’t even cancel the order because the manager never answers the phone. Food finally arrived an hour and forty minutes later and was cold and burnt on the edges. I filed a complaint online and the only options were to get 20% off another order or 60 points. NO THANKS! I want nothing to do with this place ever again!

Terrible! I ordered 75 dollars worth of food. All the pizza is cold and looks like it was made yesterday. Ive had frozen pizza that was better. The wings are dry and have very little sauce on them. I tried calling the store and it’s impossible to get through to speak to anybody. Don’t order from here.

I had a huge order and there happened to be just one manager Kate I believe was her name making the pizzas, she was very sweet and explained that she was the only one there to make the pizzas and that she had multiple larger orders ahead but that she’d try her best to get ours out in a timely manner! She communicated very well and didn’t let us down 40/40 pizzas were great and correct and she got them out on time despite the work load. Thank you

My wife rdered a pizza and I clearly heard her say pepperoni and extra cheese like every other pizza we order. The pizza came and it looked horrible! The pizza was plain cheese and the center was smashed into the box and appeared to be missing a piece. Perhaps it slid into the box and someone set something on top of it. Not sure, but $40 for the pizza I received was enough to highly upset me. Manager tells me I don’t need to be so rude. As if this guy is the ruler of pizza land. I have never had anyone deliver a pizza like that. He sent another one, but I didn’t eat it. I gave it to the neighbors. I will never order pizza from there again. Marco’s always makes an awesome pizza. Dominoes might as well make pizza for Ci Ci’s… My dog liked the first one they did not bother to exchange. Will add the picture I took later. It is hideous! They don’t even use paper to separate it from the box. Nasty as many have seen the videos of these boxes in the warehouses. Critters love them. Yuck!

Fye job, a little “slave-y” looking at the pay to work/bs ratio but the people were cool, I also was straight eating their spinach in the freezer when I had my vape break and manager wasn’t looking, 10/10 experience.

Shenice lacks customer service by a LANDSLIDE!!
She messed up then order, even though it said how we would like our pizza, she didn’t follow directions. Then, continued to be rude and absolutely refused to demonstrate the customer satisfaction motto. We were starving AND had to wait for another pizza to be made. She also had the audacity to state that the order had been sitting there (what does that matter or have to do with the situation , order was prepaid )and continued telling us that she wasn’t going to ‘reward’ us by allowing us to eat A slice of the incorrect original pizza made, to tie us over having to wait for the correct order. She caused tension to the situation/restaurant and kept making other orders, before fixing her mistake on our order.
All that was asked by us was to make the order correct and allow for us to eat ONE slice of the wrong pizza to satisfy the hunger until the correct order was made/ready. Shenice needs to not act so childish about her oopsies and do her best to accommodate/satisfy the customer, it’s that simple.
We love Dominoes, but will no longer go back to that location as long as she works there. This was the absolute worst experience picking up an order.
We’ll drive further next time so we won’t have to deal with her.
