We enjoyed dinner at Jharokha. The chef did an excellent job in creating new dishes to match the Thai palette. Our Pani puri was filled with crab meat!
My only suggestion is to lower the pepper ️ on the dishes.
My family loved the lamb chops! And try the kulfi Falooda
Portion size is small.
You have to order rice with your food.
There is a 10% service

As a Malaysian living in Bangkok, I’ve been disappointed in many indian restaurants here. But I’m glad to have found Jharokha because the food is great!

Service was also excellent, staff is so friendly, and the complimentary birthday cake was surprisingly good.

Only the briyani was lacking in flavour, but the other food in these photos were so delicious! Your naan especially was very fluffy. Will recommend this place for sure.

Mr. Krishna provided excellent service. I had met him before at Indus, and as always, he was polite, knowledgeable about both food and wine, and very attentive. He allowed me to choose the seat I preferred and served the food at a comfortable pace, never rushed.

The food was flavorful and impressive. Normally, I’m not fond of Indian cuisine, but here it was presented in such a modern way that I truly enjoyed it. One dish was mistakenly served without the egg yolk, and I had already eaten part of it. When I mentioned it to Mr. Krishna, he immediately handled the situation with great professionalism and had a brand new dish prepared for us.

Another highlight was the tiger prawns — there were three pieces, and while two were fresh and delicious, one was unfortunately not as fresh, with dry flesh that stuck to the shell and was difficult to peel. I would love to see all prawns served at the same high quality.

Overall, the experience was memorable thanks to the warm service and modern approach to Indian cuisine. With a little more consistency in execution, this place could easily become a true favorite.

This is some of the best Indian food in Bangkok — everything is so tasty. The service is excellent, the ambiance is incredible, and the food is flavorful.

This is a great date spot, or family dinner.

We moved to Bangkok and have been trying new restaurants every weekend — we had such a good experience and food here.

It was OK but I wasn’t blown away. In my view the focus was more on aesthetics than the taste. The food wasn’t bad but I found the taste to be very average Indian restaurant and absolutely nothing to rave about or to run back to anytime soon. The prices were exceptionally high for Bangkok standards and because the restaurant is located within a 5 star hotel property. For the money spent (around 7,000 Bhat for 4) I definitely expected more flavours and bigger portion sizes. The service was very good with attentive staff. On aesthetics they score a 100%. Drinks were also very good.
The Crab panipuri, chatni platter were good concepts. The barbecue chicken, paneer, Kebabs and butter chicken was ok.

The appetizers raj kachori live & qeema pav were finger licking good. Fish tikka was also good. Out of main course that we ordered aloo tuk tuk was a star big time. We had an amazing experience here, and they also arranged a small complimentery cake for our anniversary. The mocktail also tasted nice. The staff was really friendly & helpful especially our server ‘Diya’.
Highly recommended.

A good place for your Indian crave!

The food is great, spices, taste, freshness – all checked! The portion is not big, so you can order many dishes to try, which is good esp. if you go there in a small group. The menu is big enough for you to choose whatever you crave for. Drinks also available, from innovative cocktails to wine from around the world to just plain high quality whiskeys.

The service is excellence, not super fast but neither slow. The servers are attentive enough and very polite.

The atmosphere are relaxed, lots of glasses so lots of natural light comes in during the day, plus you can people watching while eating. There are also quiet corner inside for a romantic date, I think in case you want more of a dimly lit room.

All in all, highly recommended!

Excellent! The service, ambience and the food is superb. It is probably one of the very best in Bangkok. The cocktails alone are worth a visit – and the bar area is right out of a mogul palace! Excellent service by Mr Krishna and the entire staff. If this restaurant was in San Francisco, waiting list would be a month long! Don’t miss !
