In 1978, Jet’s Pizza founder Eugene Jetts was about to buy a new home. But on the way there, his passion for pizza took over. Instead, he signed a lease on a space that would become the first Jet’s location. We tried the Detroit style pizza and also the cinnamon sticks dessert. The toppings were generous and delicious and the pizza had that awesome crispy edge that is the signature of Detroit style. Everything was really delicious and we’re excited to try their other pizza style, but as much as I love the Detroit deep dish, I don’t see myself leaving Jets without one in the future. Highly recommended. I’m told they have really good wings, too, but we haven’t tried them…yet.
We placed an online order for pickup because the carry out deals were too good to pass up. We were nearby, so we waited until the time we were told the pizza would be ready. I walked in, gave my name and walked out. So, ordering and pickup process all worked very well. For giving feedback on the order, they also sent me a $10 coupon for next time. While they do offer delivery, you’ll save a lot of money getting it yourself.
Not to suggest it wasn’t still delicious, but I do think (even reheating it in the oven) that the leftovers lost a little magic the next day. So, only order what you think you’ll need and just plan to go back when you inevitably want more Jets pizza, haha.

First timer, was looking for a diabetic friendly crust. Ordered the cauliflower crust was excited to try.
However $21 for a tiny pizza is bit much and taste was not good and mostly all the meat fell off due to now having enough cheese. Had to eat toppings with a fork.
And wings are cheap breaded wings with barely any sauce. Over $30 for us to enjoy eating out better.
So disappointing. Only ate a slice. No taste at all.

The customer service was really great. All of the staff members were hard at work and handled other customers really well! This was our first time ordering here. We placed the order inside at 6:10, it wasn’t ready until 6:57….so I definitely recommend ordering online as Walk Ins appear to take longer, it wasn’t the 20 minute wait I was told I would have prior to ordering. The pizza was really good, though, whkch is why I am not too upset about what I consider a fairly long wait. Everything tasted authentic and fresh. I really enjoyed it. It was very filling. We will be back. The name on the receipt has Mason, he was extremely helpful with the menu and was very patient when I changed my mind. You guys have great workers!

I’m from New York and have been trying to find decent pizza since I got to Texas 3 years ago. I saw an ad on instagram for Jets and decided to try it the very next day. In my family of 8 not ONE person was disappointed. We for the four crust square pizzas, they have great deals and really good food! Wish they opened a restaurant style space so we could go as a family and dine in.

I ordered a pizza with EXTRA toppings, paid $30 for a small thin crust pizza, and they gave me regular quantity toppings. Jet’s Pizza on Kuykendahl never scams you like this Rayford location. Go to the Kuykendahl location instead!

This was our first time Jet’s, and we were quite pleased. We ordered the bacon bread, BBQ chicken pizza, meat pizza w/ black olives, and brownie.
First, the service was great, ready right on time, and packages up perfectly.
Now to the good stuff… The car ride home was difficult because it smelled so good. We tried the bacon bread first with ranch dip. Delicious!! Our daughter loved it. Next was the BBQ chicken pizza with cajun crust. It was also delicious, but we had trouble finishing without drinking milk. Spicy over time.
Then we started on the meat pizza w/ black olives on NY style crust. I will definitely be ordering this again and again and again. Perfect NY style pizza.
Last, we had some brownies. Didn’t have much room left for brownies after the pizza and milk, but for a pizza restaurant, the brownies were quite good.
All in all. Definitely would recommend and will eat here again.

We really love Jets so I hate to write this, but we ordered last night, 12/12/25, and it made us SO SICK. My husband and I have had food poisoning for 15 straight hours so far. Im pregnant with twins so this is especially dangerous for me. Really disappointing. Do better.
