Pizza was just okay. I tried the location in orland park and the pizza was so delicious I wanted some for dinner but at the cicero and 106th location. It wasn’t as good. And my boneless wings were just terrible and burnt. Picture attached why would an employee think this is okay. Tasted and looked very burnt to me. I would have been perfectly fine with having to wait an extra 15 minutes for more chicken to be cooked. But it was never mentioned and didnt notice until arriving home. Probably won’t visit that location again. Orland park location from now on.

I would give zero stars if I could! Was told 45 to 50 mins for delivery took almost 2 hours and food was ice cold! When I called and asked to speak to a manager, I heard him in the background yelling he doesn’t want to talk to to anyone…the phone was placed down and heard what was being said in the background…about 5 mins later someone else picked up the phone and told me that there was no manager and that he was in charge but couldn’t do anything. He didnt know when a manger would be back, so apparently no one is in charge over there. They are refusing to make it right, will never go back.

Jet’s pizza blows Pizza Hut and Domino’s out of the water. Those other brands can’t compete with them. I hope they keep their prices and deals the same because this is the quickest and most affordable great tasting pizza around.

second time trying jets, this time I placed with bacon, extra sauce, and the turbo crust, I added Parmesan when I got home. Definitely better than the first time, I think id actually be disappointed if I got regular sauce, like the extra felt like it should’ve been the regular. It has a great smell to it that’s for sure and the taste is great, and seems like a good butter garlic crust, my only dislike is that the turbo crust definitely leaves quite a greasy feel in your mouth. Nothing special with the bacon not much different than the small chunks you’d get from papa John’s/dominoes. The atmosphere inside the restaurant felt a bit tense, there’s no music playing and the walk up to the counter almost feels like a walk of shame when you placed an online order and people are just sitting on the window ledge waiting for their walk in. Cook times seem to take atleast 13ish minutes minimally so I don’t recommend walk in order.

Omg! Their Detroit style 4 corner pepperoni pizza is my new favorite pizza. Crunchy on the bottom, soft and delicious in the middle with the perfect amount of cheese. I usually order extra cheese on every pizza but I don’t need it on Jets.
