We ordered three different kinds of pizzas online that we did a pick up, not a delivery. All of them were delicious. But we we didn’t appreciate is that they tacked on a 20% tip without our permission. I don’t think this is an honest way to do business. Tipping is supposed to be optional.
As for the atmosphere and service, I really can’t rate them because it really isn’t a place to sit there and eat, and the only service they provide is handing you the pizzas that you already purchased.

I placed a pick up order for my work at 11:10 and it said pick up time was 20 minutes when I got there I had to wait and the guy at the register said only a few minutes they were backed up. At 12:10 someone else came to the register to check my status and I find out they haven’t even started my order yet. When I asked what happened they claimed they never got the ticket so they were going to make it. At 12:20 they tried to give me 2 boxes and I knew right away it was wrong cause there wasnt enough boxes turns out they made the wrong food and the guy had the stones to tell me i told him the wrong food so I had to show the guy my emailed recipt. 10 minutes later at 12:30 they finally got me my order no explination no sorry nothing… the 2 pizzas and cheese bread were good but I never found out what happened and it was overall a real shitty expierence.

Ordered a 4-corner specialty pizza delivered. I thought I accidentally ordered some of their bread because the bill was $27, but I hadn’t… $27 for this is just crazy IMHO.
Update: the pizza is delicious. I will pick up as opposed to delivery to avoid the delivery charges and tip.

I ordered a build your own pizza and I ordered bacon, red onions and jalapeño peppers. There is almost literally no sauce on it I ordered light not no sauce a d there is literally barely any bacon on it at all. For toppings each one is $4.00! This is the worst pizza. I’ve been to many jets pizzas and this one sucks!!!

Extremely poor customer service throughout the last ten years of being at this location. I was told I ordered wrong and they don’t read special instructions because they are to complex and it’s only for delivery instructions. The issue is I normally have this problem when I call over the phone and place an order so that excuse the turbo crust always gets forgotten is because I didn’t click the right button that argument clearly doesn’t hold up. I’ve never made a complaint to the store and felt like I was being heard or that I wasn’t being a nuisance for wanting the one reason we order pizza from here to be correct… The turbo crust.

This is a place where if you can you should eat in store when the pizza is still fresh and hot from the oven.

I would recommend the four corner pizza, with turbo crust of course to maximize the delicious crispy, cheesey edges. Detroit style pizza is now my favorite type and no other pizza chain really compares with Jet’s.

Also the cinnamon sticks taste just like the center of a cinnamon roll if you’re into that kind of thing.

Jets pizza has always been a delicious deep dish option that doesn’t quite taste redundant or overly similar to the saturated options in town, their sausage is great a bit heavy on the grease, but this is your go to hangover pizza

driver bags are flimsy an not looking the best they don’t support the pizzas or product that’s inside the bags, velcro is bad how is the food supposed to stay warm, would explain why some people’s food is not looking as good as it should be

Took my kid here to try, we always see it when going to the comic book store. It was really good, and she approved of it also. Guy working was super cool, and our slices were done in no time. The special was a great deal too. I like the pizzeria atmosphere, but a TMNT or Street Fighter 2 arcade would just top it off.
