I had to go gluten free a few years ago. Jets 10 pizza was always my go to. Ive ordered the small gluten pizza a couple times and each time it disappoints. $20 for a large Jets 10. $20 for four small pieces for gluten free. I paid extra for pepperoni and got 1 slice per piece…at almost $3…seriously. I won’t order gluten free from here again. A big disappointment and a big market of people they are failing. Do better.

We ordered Delivery, our order ETA was about 70 minutes. After 10 min past the estimated time, I gave them a call. They explained it was just coming out of the oven. I asked was it normal to have such long Delivery times… The CSR told me that they were short staffed on in house and driver’s. It came about 90 minutes total time. The pizza was nice and hot. And the BBQ bone in wings we’re really good. It was all around delicious. They are trying their best and the food was good.

Never had Jet’s until today. Ordered a Jet’s 10 and Buffalo Wings. Loved the crackly thin crust and generous toppings. Care given to spread out toppings to make it more visually appealing. Nice brown given to the sausage chumks beforehand! Veggies still had a nice bit of crunch. Was difficult to stop eating. Very addictive and delicious. Made my top ten list. Pretty decent wings too. Well cooked with a snappy sauce with a great vinegar/spice ratio. Definitely will order again!

I don’t order a lot of delivery pizza, probably no more than once a month. But Jet’s Pizza has been terrific every time I’ve ordered. I got a medium Eugene Supreme on June 1, 2025 and it was a pretty darn good pizza. It was the hand tossed crust and it had a good chew to the dough. Lots of sauce, and ample toppings and cheese. Delivery was great too because the pizza arrived nice and hot. 5-star pizza and delivery

I ordered Jumbo Jets Deal on Friday for a pick up. The pizza toppings were Steak,onion,green pepper.
The pizza berely had toppings on it. Mostly was bread cheese and tomatoe sauce… Very disappointed. Then also the chicken boneless medium buffalo sauce, didn’t have any sauce…. This was a very dissapointed visit to Jet’s Pizza.

Unbelievable amount of screw ups in 1 order. We went and picked our pizza up and people ahead of us were complaining how long it was taking and that all they ordered was a cheese pizza and it took an hour to make. The lady kept asking the cashier if anyone was ever going to make her pizza and the cashier wouldn’t answer her. So, we get pizza and asked if we could get a small salad also since we thought it wouldn’t be a big deal. We waited about 15 mins extra just for a small salad but that’s not the main issue. All of a sudden they asked for the box I was holding for the cinnamon sticks back and said that they gave us the wrong order so they traded with me. I took a peek at them to make sure it was indeed cinnamon sticks, it was! I didn’t look at other pizzas because I didn’t even know what the order was, I was just told to pick pizzas up. I get home and both pizzas were wrong and one wasn’t even gluten free. We wouldn’t have cared if it weren’t necessary to have the gluten free pizza. We called them and they told us that they accidentally delivered our pizzas to someone else and they will make new ones in 15 mins. So we picked up our new pizzas and the gluten free pizza was 7” long and burnt so bad, it actually was humorous how bad it was. They really should have given a refund but they stated they couldn’t do that and needed the general manager. We just gave up and ate the pizzas without anymore hassle.The other pizzas were really good though! So we ended on a positive! I will give them another shot in the future just because the pizza was delicious.
