Got take out from work, pepperoni calzone had elastic wrapping around each slice of pepperoni– thought it could be some sort of edible casing but was unable to chew through it, pulled it off each piece and definitely felt like elastic/plastic. Flavor of the crust was great though

I ordered take out. Two medium speciality 18 in pizzas, naked wings, and original bread sticks. The wings were a little dried out. The bread sticks were really nice and cheesy. The bbq chicken pizza was really good. The other pizza had way too many mushrooms and it ruined the pizza. Over all the order wasn’t bad but definitely ordering differently in the future.

I recently visited Jet’s Pizza for a late-night pick-up and ordered a calzone sandwich, specifically requesting no ham or bacon. It’s frustrating to have specific dietary requests go unheeded, and the texture of the calzone makes it difficult to enjoy. I hope my experience was an anomaly, as I’ve had good meals from Jet’s Pizza at other locations. I recommend double-checking orders for accuracy and ensuring that food is cooked to a proper standard. This was my first time at this location, and I am not sure if I would go back again.

I had a fantastic experience at Jet’s Pizza! I called to place my order, and Michael answered the phone with a friendly and professional demeanor. When I arrived to pick up my order, he was just as welcoming in person. He was down-to-earth, accommodating, and genuinely enthusiastic about the menu. Michael went above and beyond by introducing us to other items Jet’s offers beyond their amazing pizza, which made the experience feel personalized and engaging. He even took the initiative to ask how many red pepper and Parmesan packets we wanted, grabbing them for us without any hassle. The pizza was perfectly prepared. Michael and his colleague that evening gave excellent service and the delicious food made this visit a standout. I’ll definitely be back!
EDIT: I make the drive, no matter how far it is. For Michael and Savannah. Savannah, your a Rockstar, a solid head on your shoulders and are going to go more places in life than you ever thought. This place brings tears to my eyes. Whether or not it’s the pizza talking… These two folks are more than legit.

Was told 7 minutes for two slices and a soda. At 15 minutes a box was placed on the shelf by which the worker then helped another customer. By 25 minutes instead of just sitting patiently I stood by the counter only to be handed my order which had been sitting on the shelf.
Person helping was friendly and courteous but obviously didn’t care about others time.

I ordered a gluten-free pizza, take out. Surprised the crust wasn’t that bad, good for gluten-free. However for the price, around $18 with one topping, it is really just a personal pizza. The sauce and toppings do not go to the edge like the regular pizzas. So you’re not getting that crunchy, crispy edges that is what makes Jet’s pizzas good. And the cheese was minimal, no cheese pull. Still, it was adequately tasty and filled the pizza craving. I will keep looking for that perfect gluten-free pizza. Where are you my love?

Ordered delivery and wrote I was giving a cash tip. Driver decided to give himself his own tip / made an error and charged me extra for an additional tip. Called to follow up said they would call me back. Never called me back. Good pizza disappointed in the customer service.

Oh, I tried the Detroit pizza sausage, pepperoni, onions, mild peppers. The crust buttery as advertised good to bite into precut. It was ready to go when I arrived no wait. A nice woman helped me.

Love their pizza! Customer service is fantastic as well!! Had a minor mishap with a pizza that was delivered missing an ingredient. Called in and a new was prepared and sent out right away as a replacement (only about 30 minutes to my door!) Will definitely recommend to others. Thank you for the delicious pizza, the new one looks amazing!
