I’ll start this by saying Jets is absolute favorite pizza. I drive nearly a hour roundtrip for Jets. That being said, if I could give this location 0 stars I would. They have twice in row botched my order. The first time they forgot my bottle ranch. I asked the employee that cashed me out specifically, if the ranch was in the bag (with salad). It was not. I called back they said they’d credit my account. Ordered again via telephone with an automated ordering system. Order was placed, text message with location and confirmation was sent to my phone. I show up, they claim no order was placed even after showing the text confirmation. The guy at the counter offer no help, not even a “sorry” . I won’t return to this location.

This Jet’s Pizza is too legit to quit! They make a bomb pizza- the Detroit style is killer and the extra cheese is out of control good! Their hand tossed pizza is amazing and the BBQ chicken was really good as well. They have delicious ranch for dipping and they have pretty good deals online.

The deep dish is very, very delicious!! It’s better than Papa John’s, Joe Fox, and Domino’s!! In my opinion!! It’s expensive but worth it!! I am going to come back to try other items!! For sure, it’s crunchy, and you can taste all the flavors .

Ordered a pizza and bread sticks on the way home from a 16 hour road trip from the app. Order went through. We arrived 3 minutes early from the estimate. we go into get it. Not ready yet. Location was having technical problems. Ok. We wait 10 more minutes no problem. We go in get the food(just came out the oven) and we leave. We go to eat it at home (8 minute ride) and the bread sticks are rock hard and cold. My dipping sauce was basically frozen and the pizza was half cooked. We ate what we could and tossed the rest. Went to call the next day and some one picks up the phone and it’s nothing but dead air then they hang up. I’ve called 8 times from 2 different phones. Nothing. Definitely not coming back to this location.

We placed an online order unaware that Jets was experiencing significant issues with their internet and phone systems. Upon arrival, the gentleman on duty was incredibly apologetic. Remarkably, it was only his first week, yet he demonstrated exceptional customer service skills, going above and beyond to assist us. The pizza itself was outstanding—one of the best we’ve ever had!

Terrible customer service! I bought fundraiser cards that had a coupon on it. Not expired. Can’t even use it. I bought multiple cards so that my husband and I could have one. We have 2 kids also. Went to get 2 pizzas with 2 tags. You can’t do that. It says no where on any of it that it’s 1 per person per day. It just says it single use. Also says it’s no purchase necessary. They tried originally making me order something else. The guy got snappy and said it’s the rules. Needless to say I left. Good luck with that attitude for customer service! Go to a local pizza shop and support them verses this place

Just got our pizza delivery from jet’s Pizza it’s been a long time since we’ve ordered pizza to be delivered. This was worth the wait it came earlier than we were expected. It was very good. It was made just exactly as we requested. New York crust light on the sauce. Not overtraced overpriced at all. We look forward to ordering again from Jets when we’re hungry for pizza. The delivery person was courteous and friendly. Always remember to tip your delivery person

My first time at Jets and the experience was good. Service was fast and friendly and the pizza was on par with other franchised type pizza places. It kind of reminded me of old school pizza hut and that’s not a bad thing. I had the 2 slice and a soda deal along with a sizable breadstick order off of the same lunch menu. Both came to about $15 which is a lot for lunch but It could have fed 2 people and now I have leftovers. It would be better if they had a lunch option that came with sticks for maybe a small price increase. Overall it was good but I still prefer Rocky Rococo as the toppings are more generous and they have a slice, stick, soda combo, but I would eat here again.
