In 1978, Jet’s Pizza founder Eugene Jetts was about to buy a new home. But on the way there, his passion for pizza took over. Pizza was okayish but I was given attitude for asking for paper plates? First time I’ve been to a pizza place with no plates. Then when I asked for extra napkins to feed the 4 kids I have without making a mess I was told it’s not something they hand out either. Absolutely wild behavior. 0/10 for customer service. A plate would have been nice for the greese filled pizza they gave us.

Called in an order for two pizzas! Was quoted a price over phone of $43 bucks and change. Was told 35-45 mins. Placed the order at 6:15 ish. Was told it would be 30-45 mins. Order landed at 7:25ish. Ok. No worries, I just wanted a HOT PIZZA!
THAT did NOT HAPPEN! At the same time, I bought a pizza for my Neighbor as well. Her Pizza was stone cold? This is crap. We won’t ever order from Jets pizza unless you make this right!

10/24/25 ordered a large pizza two side sides of wings for delivery $51 all the food showed up cold Needs to be microwaved right when I received it Gave the guy almost a $20 tip for driving less than a mile I called back the store told him the food was cold and the guy goes. Yep nothing I can do about it. I said seriously he goes. Yep there’s nothing I can do about it. I can’t reimburse you. It should’ve been hot………. This is by FAR the best pizza in Traverse!!! We are in town working and haven’t been as happy with our pizzas as we are today! I got the Aloha Chicken personal and I couldn’t stop eating it! Definitely a must have if ur in the area!!! Keep up the great work guys!!!

We ordered a Jet Boat. They accidentally delivered bread sticks. They returned to deliver the Jet Boat but asked for the bread sticks back. That tells me they they went to the house that got my Jet Boat, then returned to give them the bread sticks I had.
Either that, or the driver was hungry and just wanted some bread sticks, or maybe they just tossed them. I don’t know. But it seems wasteful and best, and unsafe at worst.

There’s nothing enchanting about going to this Jet’s Pizza on Chum’s Corners. It feels like Alcatraz in there! Good thing is, you’re in and out quickly. And your reward: some amazing pizza that just hits different. The staff used to let regulars customize a freshly ordered lunch special, but the new management put the kaibosh on that. Convenient location and quality product keep this place relevant.
