Just moved here i order pizza quite a bit. This place is only 5 minutes away and normally I have no issue. Its kind of hard to mess up pizza you would think.
I placed an order tonight and didnt recieve any extra dressings I paid extra for which is frustrating but not a big deal. I ordered a well done pizza with no cheese, sausage, pineapple and bell peppers. Tell me why it came barley cooked, caked in cheese and missing sausage. One piece had bacon on it and another had mushroom. The cross contamination is ridiculous. Im not allergic but cmon do better. 30 ish dollars for an order thats not correct and missing items makes me not want to come back when there’s other places that follow direction. It also feels unsanitary with ingredients on me pizza randomly that shouldn’t be there

Ordered half pepperoni, sausage, bacon,and ham.. half tomato spinach onion bell pepper
No bacon on the pizza there was tomato onion and majority of the bell peppers on the meat side of the pizza barely any bell peppers on the veggie side of the pizza also no tomato or onion on the veggie side of the pizza
It looked like there was no care put into making my order. I did call the store they credited my account but I honestly feel like I don’t want anything from there now. I made the order there because of the 9.99 deal that’s going but I would have rather spent 25.00 elsewhere for a large pizza like I had considered before I had called them.., I’m very disappointed tonight.

Quality is horrendous at this store. Parm bites had no parm on them. Twists no cinnamon, sandwich next to nothing. Driver tried to claim amount due was more than what it was. Called the store and the shift lead stated the store manager was fired, he was it. K kavion, was his name. When I called to complain was hung up on.

Then you guys wonder why you can’t keep delivery drivers? And wonder why delivery drivers for you guys Don’t make any money and end up quitting. I recently moved from Florida to Indiana Evansville. I have never had a problem with email confirmations till I got here and I ordered my stuff online but it asked for confirmation.
I have no qualms with the store but I do have a problem with the dominoes app.
If I make an order I would like to be able to pick up or deliver on time.
If I had other cravings as to what I want to eat am sure I would just pay and receive.
If am ready to pay and you can’t deliver then we have a misunderstanding about the consumer and busines relationship.
Please get this look into as soon as possible or I will take it to corporate.

Worst management customer service I’ve ever experienced!! Ordered our pizza, it finally came after at least 40 minutes later. We live within 5 minutes drive time. The pizza was delivered with no sticker on name on the box. We only order one. Yet we ended up with a completely wrong pizza. Then say it will be 30 minutes more and give back the wrong pizza with zero compensation for their mess up. Ended up canceling and asking for a full refund. Of course that will take 5 days even though it takes them seconds to take the money and give the wrong item anyway. A little kindness and being respectful goes a long way. Do better!
