Today was a terrible day for our family as we lost a matriarch very unexpectedly. I’m in West Virginia for work and can’t be there with my sister and brother-in-law while they grieve so I ordered them a bunch of pizza and then whoops I sent the delivery guy to the wrong house.
He called me and we straightened it out, but he also sent me a very caring and sweet text afterwards saying that Jets Pizza of Lowell would be thinking about them and praying for them. It was so unnecessary and so kind. I found out he was a regular driver to my brother-in-law’s mom’s house.
What a nice guy. I didn’t get his name but, dang, I’d definitely recommend this shop.

We had an amazing experience with Jet’s Pizza on Fulton Street in Lowell, Michigan! Mike was exceptional to work with while we were planning our daughter’s wedding—she specifically wanted Jet’s Pizza to serve her guests, and it was a huge hit. The delivery was right on time, the pizzas were hot and delicious, and we even had plenty of salad dressing for dipping and for the salads. Thank you, Mike, for helping make our daughter’s special day even more memorable

The folks that work at this Jets location sure seem to love their jobs! I’m pretty sure every time I’ve walked in they have greeted me with a smile! They’re quick to checkout and make the pizza ordering process fast with the mobile text-to-order option. I’m even comfortable enough with this location that I can park outside the door and send my 7-year-old in on his own to get the order! 🙂

Rarely get Jets due to the price but splurge once in awhile. Was not impressed when they forgot my bread sticks and claimed it wasn’t ordered when the guy even repeated to me bread stick and “2” dipping sauces.

Used to work here, ordered pizza and the staff was excellent. Wyatt helped me on the phone. I actually worked with him for a couple months and he was an outstanding worker. I know for a fact this place follows all regulations and standards. For a regular pizza shop they can hold their dough for 3 days. Jets makes dough, sauce and toppings everyday. So it is fresh. I rarely ever seen the dough last longer than a day. They have fresh slices available from about 11 to 4. Overall GREAT PLACE TO GET PIZZA AND AN AMAZING PLACE TO WORK AT

I would give zero stars if I could. My sister across the state ordered a pizza for delivery because she knew I was having a terrible day. When she called me and told me she had a surprise being delivered I informed her I would be leaving my house soon to go to the hospital. She called to cancel & they told her the food was on its way already. I tried waiting since jets is only 10 minutes from my house. At 9:52 it still wasn’t here and I needed to be on my way. I called to have it canceled and was met with rude commentary from Mike. I shouldn’t have to tell someone my private information for them to treat me kindly. Things happen sometimes & we should treat everyone with kindness because we do not know the circumstances. My husband and I have been loyal customers since we moved to Lowell a few years ago BUT we will not be ordering for this location ever again.
Edit: Now the owner is telling MY family that no one was rude to ME. Clearly you were rude if I called back upset because of the way you spoke to me. I will definitely be contacting corporate.
Also my husband and I have NEVER had to cancel an order from this store before. They have canceled our orders due to their short staff and we have never been rude to them. Even when we had to wait over 30 minutes to be contacted that the order couldn’t be delivered. We have even changed our orders to pickup in the past because they were unfortunately under staffed. So it just completely blows my mind that the OWNER would have been so rude to me.

This place is amazing! I have never had a bad experience here. I love the Jets boat and squire pizza.
I actually stopped mid pizza to write this review because of the wonderful people working at Jets pizza. I had ordered a Jets boat and a single slice both taste amazing as always. But when I got home and looked in the bag I realized I got a free single slice so happy. They know how to make a big girl happy 😀
Pro life tip here be nice to the people who make your food. If you make someone happy they are gonna want to make you happy too. <3
