So upset!!! What happened to Jet’s?!?! Our order was wrong and also…lettuce disgusting. No bacon for the BLT.. went back after a 20 minute drive one way for a refund..guy says he called everyone about the bacon…no sir ya didn’t. And how bout this lettuce…check the pics!! Had to take pieces from my kids and throw them away after I actually looked at what was on this pizza

This is hands down the worst Jets pizza I have ordered from. They are consistently out of ingredients (ranch of all things) and have substituted multiple ingredients without any sort of notification. Then when I tried getting a resolution with Stacy she just proceeded to hang up on me. Do not spend your money here.

I cannot believe these people really argued with me about getting a refund to the point I had to come into the store. And then they still argued after seeing the pizza for themselves. They didn’t have bacon switched it to ham without telling us, two of the pizzas didn’t have seasoning on the crust, one had no sauce, one was burnt, and there was brown lettuce on my BLT. I ordered 2 ultimate pepperoni pizza’s with extra pepperoni well when I got home one pizza only had the round pepperoni on it no cup pepperoni and no diced pepperoni the other pizza didn’t have any pepperoni only cheese with a tip I spent $64.00

I ordered the barbecue chicken pizza which has bacon on it. The majority of the bacon was all the fat. The picture below shows the fat from one slice of pizza. In addition, the pizza was burnt black around all of the edges and there was barely any barbecue sauce on it. I certainly could not taste it. It was very disappointing. I will not be going there again.

Delivery driver wasn’t given proper directions from his manager even tho I explained how to get to my home. I paid a premium Delivery Fee because “they don’t Deliver to me” and they still showed up with cold food. The BLT I ordered had no mayo on it and the lettuce was so soggy and brown. Disgusting!
