-1 Star – Rude and clueless staff
Ordered through Jet’s Boot, never got a confirmation, and when I called, they “confirmed” it — but the pizza was wrong anyway.
Called back and the red-headed guy was unbelievably rude. Instead of owning the mistake, he argued, refused to fix it, and demanded I bring the pizza back so they could “inspect” it like I was lying.
Even in person, he kept running his mouth about how it wasn’t their fault. Absolutely no professionalism or common sense. This location clearly doesn’t care about customers — I’ll take my money elsewhere.

I ordered by phone and was greeted by the jet-bot. This phone robot let me know he is intelligent and would help me place my order, in return I was given 15% discount.
I was impressed that I could ask specific questions and get accurate answers. The answers did take extra time, as the jetbot mentioned to hold on. Another down side is that you don’t get all the info on specials. I paid more because I was not made aware of the lunch special pricing.
The pizza was perfect for a cold Michigan winter day. Crispy corners, just as Detroit style should be.

I feel bad marking it low because I usually have a very good experience, but not tonight. The 20 minute pizza took 50 minutes and when they brought it out to the car, after the 2nd call, it was cool. What you see in the pic is supposed to be extra cheese and extra pepperoni. Hopefully it was anomaly because I love Jets.

I spoke to Chris to make arrangements to have food delivered. Not only was he very polite he went above and beyond to help me. I actually had a bad experience with the maple rd Jets and Chris has restored my faith in Jets again. Thank you so much Chris for all your help. We will definitely use you for future orders!

I called to order a pizza I paid with my credit card the employee said 45 min for delivery I didn’t ask for delivery but didn’t want to go through the hassle of a refund the employee said we’ve delivered to your house. So I agreed to delivery. I waited and waited and I got a text saying I left the pizza on your porch . I was sitting by my window and hadn’t seen any cars I texted back and said there isn’t anything on my porch. I called the store the manager got on the phone and I told him what happened he said I called you I said my phone didn’t ring. He asked what my address was I told him and he said oh you gave us the wrong address. No your employee didn’t ask for my address he said we have delivered to you before. The manager put in my address and said oh your out of our delivery area, had the employee asked for pick up or delivery when he took my order he would of known that and I could of picked it up .The manager was rude and unprofessional about the whole situation. I have never ordered a pizza and not been asked if it was for pick up or delivery . The address it was left at I haven’t lived at in 5 years buyer beware here here. Rude and unprofessional The manager immediately blamed me for an employee who obviously wasn’t properly trained

This location never disappoints. I made a mistake when I ordered online. They were so understanding and nice about it. They made me a brand new pizza and cheese bread, no questions asked! I will ALWAYS come to this location!

Not only is jet’s Pizza amazing, but the staff here is wonderful too. My niece has celiac disease and likes gluten-free pizza and my mom comes and picks it up. These guys are amazing and helpful and the food is wonderful. Highly recommend and again the staff is just terrific.

We consistently get good pizza from Jets. We ordered the 8 piece Square Detroit style with cheddar cheese, pepperoni and bacon as our 3 toppings, and extra sauce. I feel the extra sauce is important! The pizza with 3 toppings was a special at the time and the price was right. We loved that pizza in a non romantic sense.
