In 1978, Jet’s Pizza founder Eugene Jetts was about to buy a new home. But on the way there, his passion for pizza took over. I wanna make sure the delivery driver gets the attention he deserves this gentleman was very nice and friendly I felt bad I wasn’t carrying any cash to tip him but I hope he got his tip when I ordered I’d hope to see him again next time we order pizza and by the way the food was on time and still fresh so I’m every pleased even got a marinara sauce with my bread sticks thanks guys and the cooks you deserve credit too this store has my business as long as the quality stays good and consistent

The food is great when its fresh. My problem is the door says “hot slices all day” or something of that nature. So why when I show up on my 1hr commute home at 5:30pm are there no hot slices. More often than not there are not slices and if there are they’ve been “sitting there for a while”…. SO WHY NOT THROW THE BAD ONE OUT AND MAKE A FRESH ONE INSTEAD OF WAITING FOR A CUSTOMER TO ORDER A SLICE?! Im sorry but common sense says get rid of that old pizza, my front door says I have hot slices all day so I should probably make sure I have some for the random customer that pops in near dinner time and just wants a bite to eat during his hour ride home.

When this location runs a delivery through DoorDash they don’t ask the customer if they want to leave a tip for the driver. I’ve had multiple customers tell me they told the store to add a tip and they never did. I don’t have this issue with any other jets locations. There was also a time I noticed there was a tip left on the receipt and I never received it. So I’m assuming the store added the tip to the order and never gave it to the driver. Quit using a 3rd party service to deliver your orders if your going to screw the driver out of his tips.

If I could give no stars I would. Decided to give them a second chance after this happened once before. Ordered my pizza was told 45 minutes waited an hour, had to call and was told that it would be ANOTHER 45 minutes. They only had one driver, what happened to customer service? I shouldn’t have had to call to get the status of my order, I asked if I could just come and pick it up but he sounded confused by the suggestion so I cancelled my order. Do not order from them if you need it delivered! Also I was never refunded for my order.

Great food but horrible service and staff. Placed an order and was told they don’t have dough to make pizza! Why even open for business that day? Always out of ranch, never have a delivery driver just all around unorganized and in desperate need of a manager who can manage a store.

Came in during a busy Saturday night and found out my pizzas were given to someone else. The young man working the counter fixed the problem immediately and was super apologetic (not necessary – things happen!!) and remade my order super fast.

On new years, they kept stringing us along with 10 more minutes for an hour. If they had been honest from the start i would not have been as upset. Its new years, ya busy i get it. But let me go home and come back, dont keep telling me 5 minutes and make me stand in your cramped space to wait.

Do not order the Deli Boats!!!!! Ours literally came with one slice of ham split between two halves. The pizza was fine. Just kind of upset since I had to wait an extra 10 mins in the lobby because the workers ‘forgot’ to cook the deli boat. Just a disappointment.

I’ve eaten at probably every Jets pizza. Worst pizza I’ve ever seen ever anywhere. Actually not even eating this one. As soon as this pizza came out of the oven they should’ve made a new one. Then I called to let them know. Even offered to bring it back up there or send a picture. The manager gets on the phone and tells me “they measure the cheese so that’s what you get” Oh OK everything must be fine then thank you. lol so not only is the pizza, horrible, obviously the management is also. Maybe that’s how they have a 3.5 star review. Garbage.

WORST JETS EVER . Everytime i order from here they mess it up some how some way. Pizza undercooked, pizza with no sauce, now this time I’m having people over for the game so i order delivery. Not many options in Romeo or i wouldn’t even try here. I wait an hour, nothing, so i call. They “voided” my order accidentally. They say it’ll be here in 30 minutes, another hour goes by, i call, 10 more minutes. So we’ll see lol. Thanks for the 6$ off i guess
