The whole place is optimized for good service and providing your yummy bagel as quickly as possible.
In addition it’s got great parking, curbside pickup for online orders and a fairly decent online ordering system.
They are permanently part of my bagel rotation!
Posting a pic of their bagels on the buffet I set up. Look at the size of them!
Stopped in and got a tuna sandwich on a sesame bagel. My order was made correctly, staff was great. I will say, the bagels are smaller, more NY style bagels. But sandwich was good, the tuna was fresh and well seasoned, the bagel has a good texture. Next time, I’m getting a flagel with their delicious looking bacon and red onion cream cheese.
I went again and ordered the same thing. This time was much better. I guess they improved the way they prepare their food.
This 3rd time just plain pissed me off. I ordered the French toast platter. If you look at the menu it says platters come with eggs, bacon, and home fries. Guess what? This one apparently doesn’t. Can you imagine my surprise when I got my order and there were just 3 measly pieces of French toast on an aluminum plate.
I thought it was a mistake. No biggie, they happen. . But the cashier informed me that they don’t come with any of that. So I just paid $8.50 for 3 pieces of French toast that I 100% could have made at home and better.
To top it off, they were burned. Not badly, but enough so that I had to pick at my food and work around the burn pieces. Looks crispy in the picture right? It’s not. Those are pieces of burned whatever. Not going here again anytime soon.
Pretty obvious when the staff shows differential treatment to other customers too.

I saw a couple negative reviews floating around and honestly I think they either hit the wrong spot or they’re just salty competitors. From the second I walked in I was like whoa. The place is gorgeous, spotless, and has that “I could hang out here all day” kind of vibe. The staff were super friendly and really on point with everyone coming through the door.
I rolled in around noon on October 1st and grabbed a whitefish salad sandwich with lettuce, tomato, and onion on a garlic bagel. Yes, I snapped a pic. And wow, easily one of the best bagel sandwiches I’ve ever had. Fluffy, massive, and absolutely loaded. I saw someone say in a review that the bagels here were flat—absolutely not true. Mine was a beast, perfectly baked, soft and fluffy, and piled high. Honestly felt like I could’ve made two sandwiches out of it.
What stood out most was the vibe behind the counter. It looked like some of the owners were there running things, and they were super professional but also just good energy all around. Positive with their employees too, which as a fellow food business owner, I really noticed.
Now the coffee. I don’t say this lightly, but it was one of the best cups I’ve ever had. Rich, nutty, smooth, just perfect. And it wasn’t even flavored, just straight up good coffee.
I didn’t even know this spot existed until now and I wish I had found it sooner. Parking was easy even with some construction going on. The menu has plenty of options, and the prices are almost too good to be true. $9.99 for that monster of a sandwich, while other places like Goldbergs charges double for half the size.
The staff are super friendly, they greet you as you walk in, and it was smooth and efficient ordering processing all under 6 minutes.
If you’re looking for bagels that feel substantial, comforting, and freshly made, this place is worth the visit. A new favorite in Bergen County, NJ!
