In 1978, Jet’s Pizza founder Eugene Jetts was about to buy a new home. But on the way there, his passion for pizza took over. Instead, he signed a lease on a space that would become the first Jet’s location. Along with his brother and partner John, they opened the doors to Jetts Party Shoppe & Pizzeria in Sterling Heights, MI. The pizza world would never be the same. Wednesday 12/3/2025 the young “lady” at the front counter was very rude to me and refused to give me an eta on my order. (Maliya) may be spelled incorrectly, my apologies if so.

After I asked a young gentleman who was busy I promptly received an answer. He was kind and professional. (Brandon)

John was also very kind and helpful.

This review would be a 5 star if “Maliyah” wasn’t so rude. She ruined the atmosphere. I saw her go to several employees and complain about the fact that I asked how long the pizza would take. She said “I can’t tell you because I don’t know when it was put in”. Which is when I requested she ask staff when it was placed in the oven. She never gave me an answer, she did not speak one more word to me. She did, however, complain to multiple employees about the fact that I asked when my order would come out promptly after asking her.

She’s not only providing terrible customer service but her behavior is lowering the morale of the team.

Positive energy leads to positive results.

Maliyah creates a toxic work environment and a negative customer service experience.

Keep up the good work, we love your pizza! But the more we have to deal with people like Maliyah the less often we will come if at all.

Jets… it’s Saturday night i just got off work after workin a double and placed a order for pick up and spent a whopping total of $56.98 and ordered this buffalo chicken ranch pizza ate a slice and immediately threw up the pizza was not cooked all the way and I’ll be coming back for a full refund i have everything i ordered i did not touch any of it after they almost gave me a door dash order on accident i just also don’t understand how i called 10 mins before i got there and they popped it in as soon as i got there and i sat and waited the 20 mins came back in thinking it was going to be fresh and every

I’ve never experienced a more toxic and unprofessional environment at a business. The staff at this location are consistently rude not just to customers, but to their own employees. It’s not just one bad day or a single person it’s a pattern. There have been multiple instances where managers and even owners have openly disrespected their workers in front of customers. It’s uncomfortable to witness, and it speaks volumes about how poorly this place is run.
Worse, complaints are either ignored or brushed off, and the same problematic employees remain in charge. It’s clear they have no interest in improving the culture or treating people with basic respect. If you value good service or basic human decency go somewhere else.

Don’t order Jet’s boats here. They only fill the boat half way with toppings. Also, the managers will argue that this was properly filled. 15 mile is a lot more polite and they make better food.

They don’t honor promos or specials while being cheap on product! I got a promo for a cheese bread . Punched in the code with my order online and called to confirm . Was told o had to spend over 30 dollars ? I ordered a large and stated the promo didn’t say a minimum order price was required and it was free ! Got silence and then simply hung up ! They sprinkle the bacon and Romano cheese on their pizza like it from a salt shaker ! Cheap on product and customer service ! Best to avoid

Pretty disappointed in my order. All I wanted was a good Greek salad instead of pizza. I ordered a large thinking “hey it should have a decent amount of toppings on there” jokes on me!! All I got was a bowl full of wilted iceberg lettuce with 2 slices of beets, 5 grape tomatoes and 3 peppers. Worst part is I paid extra for grilled chicken and got about 7 cubed pieces of chicken. C’mon guys can we do better please. I know pizza is your Forte but let’s not forget about the other items on your menu!!
P.S. for all this lettuce you gave me one small cup of dressing is not enough.

I was little concerned, the cauliflower crust was absolutely delicious the first time we ordered it and this time the crust was surprisingly dark. As it turned out it was still absolutely delicious and only dark around the very outer edge and didn’t effect the overall flavor at all. If you haven’t tried the cauliflower crust, do it.
