First experience with this jets location since moving to Cincinnati, and we couldn’t finish it. They need to turn their oven temps down, idk who sent out a burt pizza and extremely dry jets bread but… Pizza deserves more respect than that. I will give them another chance in a month or so, hopefully it was a one time thing.

Delish and quick. It’s always been busy when I’ve gone but the online ordering worked pretty good so it was grab and go once you got thru the line. Detroit style is a great change of pace from essentially everything other pizza place and punches well above its weight class in the cost/taste department.

I went into this location for the first time. There was an issue with the food, and the manager named Emily was incredibly rude and aggressive. Raising her voice and just acting incredibly unprofessional. I was incredibly disappointed and shocked at someone in that position with act in such a childish Deliberate manner. I will not revisit that store and I will post my review on multiple platforms to warn others of the staff at that particular store.

Went to pick up an order and they didn’t have the drink ordered so I asked for any replacement big or small. I was told I couldn’t get my order because it “had to re ordered” and “good luck figuring it out”. Girl with dark hair and glasses. Shouldn’t work a job around people
