Jet’s pizza by far is my favorite pizza to eat. I’m staying in Pickerington and was excited there was one close. After a long day of work and driving from Lou,Ky. I aced an order for a salad and a pizza. There was no where to ask for extra ranch dressing so I called. The gentleman that answered the phone had great customer service. He made sure to add my ranch to my delivery and my coke zero. They arrived before the schedule delivery time. When I got back to my room I noticed my drink wasn’t zero sugar. Normally something small wouldn’t be any issue only problem is I’m a type 2 diabetic. I called the restaurant back in hopes to just get them to apply it to my account. Right away the gentleman that answered again asked for the address. Then immediately apologized and said they would get someone right over. You don’t receive customer service like this everyday. This type of customer service has been lost and I’m glad I found it miles away from home! Thanks so much for going above and beyond you have a customer for life!!!!

Nice little local pizza spot. They have a really good selection of options beyond just pizza but most of the menu is pizza adjacent. One of the better options if you’re trying to escape the big chains.

Had to reheat the food once it got here. They use DoorDash because they can’t keep any drivers hired. Doordashers are trash here. Waited 1.5-2 hour for food at lunch time. Said they would issue $10 credit on account but called the next time I wanted to order and said it wasn’t on account and can’t find it. Dave the GM is absolute joke there. Some of the stories being told by his employees and drivers would shock you. I love Jets Pizza, I hate was this location.

Not sure why, but this location insists on parking their delivery vehicles in the pickup zone in front of the dance school next door despite there being ample parking for their employees in an area that would be just as long of a walk from their entrance.
Perhaps they like having kids walk into a dark parking lot instead of being able to get picked up and dropped off in the designated area directly in front of the dance school. Hopefully none of the kids get hurt because the owner chose this weird cross to bear. As a parent, this is a disappointing stance for a business to take

This is the first time in over a year since ordering. Disappointing at best! Waited over am hour and 20 min for an estimated 44 min delivery time amd then the pizza was COLD. SAME REASON WE STOPPED ORDERING! IT IS A GOOD PIZZA, just not worth the inconsistent quality. To the mangers credit they did apply a credit on my account, I just dont know when I’d order again.

Really enjoyed the pepperoni Detroit style deep dish pizza. The sauce was in the center mostly so half the pizza was just bread and cheese, bit dry, will try to order some dipping sauce for it next time. Minus a star for the NY pizza which was not their forte (especially trying it after Pizzeria NY in Pickerington, now that’s a good NY slice). I’d say take it off the menu, Detroit is so great, but I know it’s a chain and it is what it is. Will be back for the deep dish!

I beg you never to order from here. They use door dash to deliver their food and it never comes on time. My wife and I ordered pizza and after 1hr 30 min we called to cancel the order and they said the door dasher picked up 40 min before we called. We cancelled the order and they said it would refund us but after a full week we never got the refund. When we called we talked to someone who said they would have their manager call us back the next day, that never happened. I called back today after some time and the lady that picked up the phone was terribly rude and tried to to say we wouldn’t get a refund. After some arguing she finally found our order that was never fully cancelled and actually gave us the refund. Please order papa johns instead
