The pizza was fantastic! I ordered a triple cheese, 4 corners pizza, and it exceeded expectations. The staff was quick to take my order and guide me to the right thing I was requesting, and the store was exceptionally CLEAN. Thats really important to me anywhere I eat. Super service and food made for a great experience. The pizza was very quick too. 10 out of 10 highly recommend.

A fav favorite recommendation Jet’s Pizza, and I haven’t been here in over 10+ years and once o took a bit I remembered the sweet flavor. Jet’s Pizza® is my Families #1 go to for Delicious Pizza, Chicken Wings and Dessert. We highly recommend this Pizza chain. It might be a little pricey than some other Pizza Chains but We think every bite is WORTH it! #1. JET’S Pizza!!!!

Edit: After a poor first experience, the owner called me personally to discuss my concerns. Based on the owner’s willingness to engage with his customer in a constructive and positive manner, I gave Jet’s a second chance. I’m glad I did!
The food is awesome. The 8 corner pizza is crispy, buttery, the toppings are generously piled on and the sauce tastes great.
The order process over the phone was fantastic with friendly and helpful service, the delivery was flawless, everything was piping hot. One of the best delivery pizzas I have had.
I’d be happy to order from them again and appreciate the willingness on the part of this business to make it right after a mistake.

I was pleasantly surprised when the General Manager took the time to reach out by phone, wanting to make things right after my experience. He was friendly, understanding, and expressed how important all Jet’s customers were to them, as well as making sure each customer enjoys superior satisfaction, from not only the product, but the service as well. I was pleased to discover that this high end pizza establishment does have the right people in place that truly do care about customer service and satisfaction!
Gave my pizza away to another customer, then just simply says “oh we’ll just remake that for you, it will be about 10 -15 mins”. No I’m sorry, no coupon, or small freebie, just “oh well”. I, like most people, order ahead of time so I can pick up food and head home after a long day. Things happen, yes, but they are below the bar on customer service. I am new to the area and a new customer that they just lost..

Food is always great. I’m standing here waiting on my order and hearing the manager yelling at the staff. There is no need!!!! Just told them to slow down but has been yelling for them to speed up the entire time before.
