Some good pizza customer service was excellent clean polite, professional. I don’t know the guy name that was working in here, but he was a black man brother very professional very polite. I arrived at 11:37 and ordered two slices. My pizza came out of the oven around 12:02 and the guy chop a cheese stick slice off the pizza, put the remainder in the box after cutting it in have. I’ve never experienced this long of a wait nor them making my pizza smaller and keeping the parts they chopped off, please roll the camera back, I’m assuming for a snack but I don’t appreciate it after waiting 25 minutes and tipping $3 on a $7 order. My ticket number is #14 from 2/08/2023 time 11:37:15. This is the worst and last experience I’ll ever have here. Truly ridiculous to eat off customer’s orders.

Two burnt cheese pizzas! We were very disappointed as this location has always been good. Employee stated that it looked fine. When I called back to the store, the manager asked if we wanted to drive back to the store to get new pizza.
