1st time ordered here. Jets has always been great pizza but they missed the mark. It took almost 1.5 hours to have a pizza delivered 7.1 miles from the restaurant. When the pizza got to our home it had to be warmed in the oven as it was cold. The pizza was well done with cheese over melted and pepperoni burnt. To bad but we learned from. 36$ mistake

This is the worst location ever to get pizza. The female general manager needs to be fired she had no interest in owning up to mistakes. Basic customer service there doesn’t exist. Other places will right their mistakes. I wish I could leave zero stars food came in cold for one but the biggest issue is that there isn’t any pizza it’s just crust. Everything I ordered was ice cold pizza, wings, and even the sauce. I filed a corporate complaint because apparently there was nothing the store could do for me. All she said was the pizza is six slices as advertised well I’ve had four slices of pizza from Kroger with more on it than this. Not worth the sixty dollars whatsoever. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Ordered for the first time tonight because people tell me I have to. It was underwhelming to say the least. There wasn’t anything special about the pizza. It looks pretty but isn’t really worth the money. Got a medium for $20. I have had much much better pizza. Won’t be ordering again.

My wife and I ordered from here the other day and loved it. We’d get Jet’s Pizza back in Chicago as one of our favorite spots and this one here didn’t disappoint. We were surprised to see the lower rating but we were happy and pizza was great! Excited to try the other pizza offerings they have.

I ordered two veggie jet boats with extra pizza sauce but got two dry veggie boats. I live almost ten miles away and was on break from work when I got the order. I ended up at Pizza Hut for sauce who were very gracious and charged me nothing. Jetts employee gave me a very nonchalant attitude and refund. Customer Service at this location needs review from their franchise.
