In 1978, Jet’s Pizza founder Eugene Jetts was about to buy a new home. But on the way there, his passion for pizza took over. Instead, he signed a lease on a space that would become the first Jet’s location. Along with his brother and partner John, they opened the doors to Jetts Party Shoppe & Pizzeria in Sterling Heights, MI. The pizza world would never be the same. I used to love Jers! Clarkaville location has really went down in thw rankings. The staff ignores you, the pizza quality is poor and the owners seriously have to stop charging for every little thing. Place was dirty and not stocked up. We left and ate our pizza at home. Do better Jets, do better.

Interesting pizza place! I loved the cheesy bread with Romano cheese. My family dug into that bread and the pepperoni pizza so quickly I hardly had time to snap a picture. The gluten free pizza was good and it comes in personal size. We had a 2 liter as our drink. The dine in area was spacious enough for about 40 people and there was two tvs on with different channels. The staff was courteous and patient too. The prices are a bit on the higher side but going out is a treat so it wasn’t too much of a big deal.

Delivered me the wrong person’s order and absolutely refused to fix the issue. Just took my money, and gave me a random person’s food. Especially egregious, because I had ordered multiple pizzas to feed multiple people, so it wasn’t just wrong, it was a fraction of what I paid for. When I tried to fix it they left me on hold for 20 minutes supposedly “looking for their manager”, and when I hung up and called back, I asked to speak to the manager directly, and they put me on hold yet again.
The way I see it, they effectively stole from me, refusing to give me what I paid for. Aside from being illegal last I checked, it is ridiculously unacceptable for a pizza delivery store.

I ordered my pizza through DoorDash and it came through perfect. I’m talking about great sales discounts and got myself an eight square for barely over 20 bucks including the tip. I’m gonna tell you right now this place rocks! as do I.

We are new to the area and have been trying to find the best pizza so we have been trying every shop with a 4+ star rating. Decided to get pizza from here the other day and it was probably our 6th place so far.. and by far one of the nastiest pizzas I’ve ever had and the worst since being in TN…and I’ve eaten my fair share of pizza being from up north. My kid didn’t even wanna eat it. I struggled to finish my one piece. It took almost two hours to get delivered. The consistency was like reheated frozen pizza. And it nearly tasted like nothing covered in a whole lot of garlic powder.

Instantly turned my stomach walking in seeing the two people making our food. Looked like they rolled straight out of bed and went straight to work(bed hair). I know it’s hard finding good employees but management needs to tighten up. I almost asked for a refund. I won’t be back.

The Jets pizza at the Madison St location was disgusting. The pizza was super greasy and the crust was burnt. There was a pool of grease on top of the cheese pizza. The pizza did not taste good at all. I would not recommend this pizza place.

On first visit, I ordered two slices of cheese pizza and a pop for a little over five bucks. The slices were huge and tasted amazing. Loved the sauce and crust. Left full and satisfied. This is a must visit!
