If there were 0 stars I would have selected such. Still waiting for my delivery and it’s been nearly 2 hrs!!! We called to confirm the pizza didn’t go into orbit. Apparently it did!! I got hung up on twice!! $68.00 later for one X large pie and two sides!! Damn I feel like I’ve been robbed!!!

I’ve been a loyal Jet’s fan since my Detroit days — born and raised on that buttery crust and square slices of joy. So when I got a coupon in the mail for $5 off ANY pizza $20 or more (pickup only), I figured it was the universe saying, “Treat yourself.” Big plans with the guys for the hockey game, and I was already craving that familiar Detroit-style bite.
I called in to order — large half pepperoni, half supreme with a salad — and immediately noticed the stellar attitude of whoever answered. After I hung up, I even turned to my wife and said, “Wow, someone’s having a rough day.” I guess the new AI ordering system that doesn’t allow coupon use really put a damper on the mood.
I showed up June 9, and let me tell you — the vibe was immaculate. Two ladies working the front, and the energy in there was about as warm and welcoming as an overdue tax notice. They flat-out refused to apply my coupon. I pointed out (politely) that it said “ANY pizza.” One of them replied, “That means any pizza… but not this pizza.” I wish I were making that up.
Just so we’re clear — the coupon didn’t say any pizza except the one you’re craving, or any pizza that passes our secret vibe check. It said ANY pizza. You know… like the definition of “any.”
I’ve been coming to this specific location for 3–4 years, even recommending it to other Jet’s lovers who moved down from Michigan. That ends now. Not because of the pizza (which has been hit-or-miss lately, depending on the sauce roulette of the day), but because of the consistently awful customer service. I’ll proudly drive a few extra miles to the Sarasota location from now on — it’s worth it to not feel like I’m inconveniencing someone by simply ordering food.
Also: if you want sauce on your pizza, roll the dice or bring your own. Asking for extra? Good luck — it’s like a scratch-off ticket with no winner.

Everything was prefect! On Super Bowl night we ordered 5 pizzas, wings, and boneless wings. Everything was prefect!

A kind patient noticed that ER staff was busy and decided to order pizzas for the nursing staff. The the pizza did not show up until an hour and a 1/2 after jet’s closed at 11 PM. It was delivered by a jet’s delivery driver. When we opened up the boxes one pizza was missing a slice and it looked to have a feather on 1 of the slices in there. The other was burnt and both pizzas were cold. It is rather peculiar rather peculiar that 2 pizzas were delivered an hour and a 1/2 after jets closed. This is not the way to treat ANY customer. We will not be ordering from Jets again. We would not eat the pizza and those poor people are out the money they so kindly spent. You should be ashamed. Those responsible should be spoken to and fired.

EXTREMELY distasteful. One must consider, if the Dining area floor looks like that’s what the kitchen floor must look like and beyond,!

That’s right the jets Pete’s ahhhh home of the Detroit style Buffy chickie or as you swamp Yankees call it the Buffalo chicken pizza. Well executed nice staff and the largest interior dining room I have ever seen for a jets pizza. And that’s a jets first down!
The pizza was delicious as always (it’s hard to mess it up unless you make it with the wrong ingredients but some do. This place was super well run thanks for the awesome example of this Detroit style pizza.

We have just discovered this handy “pizzeria!” We live in the neighborhood so the location is perfect. The hostess who takes your order is very friendly & helpful as is the night manager. The cooks are amazing as they turn out their food with pride & quickly. The pizzas are super delicious and you never have to wait long. Most everyone calls in advance. Their menu is varied. This is our new Friday Pizza place. I reheated our thick crust pizza in our oven & it came out super tasty. Thanks so much Jet’s Pizza!

Tried to order online with no success and tons of frustration. Called the store and even without the website they were able to get my order straightened out.
