Was hoping for a better experience as I usually love this location. Ordered a pizza and checked it before leaving, a quarter of the pizza looked terrible. Waited for about 5 minutes for somebody come back to the front and discuss, but nobody came. Will look to go elsewhere next time.

Omg. I really don’t have to say a world. Pictures show it all. Can we say burnt!!! The black you are see is my bacon. So not to mention half the pizza is cold. The tatter tots taste stale. What a joke of a place. Just an update. I called and asked for a manager and this young girl said she would give me a credit. I asked her why would I want a credit when the food was poor. I know that sometimes the customer has complicated orders, however, it seems every single time I order from this location. They don’t care because they screw up every single time. The manager does not seem to get that messing up five pizzas is OK and professional and normal. It’s not like I order here every single day back to back to pack looking for a screw up and a handout however, I’m gonna start because this is ridiculous and it happens every time and I’m gonna take advantage of it. Literally one green pepper on my entire pizza missing items and items weren’t even supposed to be there or on it. Please note this pizza has a whole should’ve had ham 1/2 should’ve had spinach pineapple jalapeño and the other half should’ve had ham again bacon onion, green pepper. There is literally one green pepper on this entire pizza no bacon and they just throw a tiny bit of jalapeños, right in the center, and not even spread it out to a whole Half of the pizza. I know this Isn’t an Italian restaurant however being that you are Domino’s, I expect more from you this is not Domino’s quality. This is not how Domino’s should run and the staff working at the Domino’s at Hall Road need to be trained or have different positions and or different jobs entirely because they clearly don’t care or know what they’re doing. The manager is terrible at training because every single time that I have this problem nothing’s done about it and every single time I go in there it’s a free-for-all. No one’s ever at the register and they only hear the bell and then come it’s like they’re outback smoking on the job.

Came in for a pickup Sunday afternoon to two “managers” just dogging the employees talking about how they are going to fire them without write ups and the dude told the girl Olivia (I know her name because the dominos tracker app showed she made my pizza) we’re going to fire her without it and I’ll show you how. I am a manager myself and this is not the way you talk in front of customers let alone dog your employees when they are not there. Needless to say I’ll be driving to another location well out my way

Delivery was a little late, and pizza was warm but overall still delightful. Order chicken pizza, and they only put 8 pieces of chicken on a large pizza, and for the price truly more should have been added. Bites were as always perfect.

Online ordering is easy and always has great coupons, I wouldn’t believe the couple of negative reviews on that aspect. The food is always nicely cooked and delicious. Highly recommend Hand Tossed round w/ parm sauce, chicken, spinach, tomato. Delicious. My kids LOVE the parm bites.

Everytime ive gone its been great. Large orders most of the time (which i apologize for). Very busy most of the time and ive only had something small forgotten like sauces which all you have to do is go in and tell them and they’ll give you them. Everyone that ive interacted with there has been friendly and nice. If theyve forgotten something its most likely because they’re always running around trying to get orders done on time. Just explain to them what happened and theyll fix it without arguing or being rude. 10/10 place

I ordered a pizza 1 hour and 15 minutes ago and nothing arrived, I called the Utica store, the guy who answered lied and said it was not the Utica store, I called back and asked for Brandy, the person that the Website said was preparing my order, the lady says, yes this is Brandy, I explained that I have been waiting for my order over am hour, the guy who just lied to me gets back on the phone and gives me some lame excuse as to why he returned to the store with the order instead of delivering it. I asked to speak back to Brandy, she apologized and said she would remake my order, by now I do not trust either of them handling my food. No more Domino’s for me, especially not from this Utica store.

This location has been slipping. We’ve been carrying out for years, but lately it’s not been as great. On three separate occasions, we watched pizzas and bread hitting the floor, and the last several visits our pizzas were less than stellar.
