The Pizza is always spot on. Love the 8 corner Pizza. Everyone is happy with that choice. The Pizza is always ready right on time. I don’t understand the negative comments which are mostly for delivery. If you order delivery, with the high traffic here in Naples who really expects everything to work out perfectly.
Best idea, order it online and pick it up yourself. Much fast and better!!!!

Jets on Santa Barbara is my go to spot for pizza. They offer many different types of pies and all are delicious. We order delivery at least once a week and it always get to us very quickly. I recommend the Detroit style with Turbo Crust and pepperoni, but my wife loves their salads and Thin Crust with black olives. If you are looking for a great pie with choices for everyone and quick delivery, Jets is the place.

My dog could’ve made a better Boli pizza. If they’ve stopped making the original four corner and they had to go to Publix to get a Boli to throw cheese on it. They should’ve mentioned that awful. I already spoke with corporate. They probably won’t do anything either now I know why you’re not in Connecticut or Massachusetts. This kind of service wouldn’t be tolerated. Don’t know if this is a franchise or a company store either way people should be fired for serving this kind of crap. PS I did not recommend the deep dish pepperoni. It will not let you dissect something. This place is horrible.

Unsure how popular is heart shaped pizzas are yet 7.99 for basically a x-small pizza is outrageous. Might as well not offer it. Also I wasn’t asked if I wanted flavored crust on the phone call.

Took 30 minutes longer than promised! Order was incomplete, missing sauces that were charged. At least it’s still warm. Called about the order twice and the manager was there but never got on the phone or offered to address the issue of the pizzas taking over 1.5 hours.

My son and daughter-in-law went to Jets the previous night, and ordered a calzone with onion. After taking a few bites realized that there was very little to no cheese in it at all. It is all onions. She said it was the worst calzone that she has had anywhere. When we called and talked to Tommy one of the managers he was basically like sorry for your luck we will strive to do better next time. You should’ve called last night and we would’ve remade it for you with no offer to remake it ever! Bad bad customer service. He should’ve offered to make one next week if we want to come in and get it next week. We paid for some thing they couldn’t even eat. Below is a picture.
