Jet’s Pizza was hands down one of the worst pizza experiences I’ve had.
Customer service was terrible from the start. We’ve never been here before and were trying to look at the menu, and instead of giving us a minute, the employee kept saying “hello” over and over like we were inconveniencing her. We felt rushed and unwelcome immediately.
There’s also no seating inside, so we had no choice but to take it to go. We figured we’d make a date night out of it at home and watch a movie.
We ordered a basic NYC-style pepperoni pizza and garlic bread. First off — don’t call it NYC style. Being from New York, I can tell you this was nowhere close to a real NY slice.
When we got home and opened the box, the pizza was burnt. Not “crispy” — burnt. The crust was so overcooked it could cut the roof of your mouth. Zero flavor. Dry. Hard. The garlic bread was just as bad.
We paid $26 for this. Honestly, a frozen Walmart pizza would have been better.
Bad service. Burnt food. Overpriced. We won’t be back.

Better than Detroit Jets locations. Can’t even compare the two. We ordered the All Meaty. Will definitely order again. Luigi is the man!

This is what, from what I recall, what Pizza Hut pan pizza crust used to be like in the 90s.
Pizza was delicious. Crispy on the bottom and soft. So good.
Way better than little Caesar’s Detroit style.
Did not get firm and dull 10 minutes after it being out of the oven.

I ordered pizza with pepperoni and pineapple with feta. Received No Pepperoni No Pineapple or feta. Just cheese and lots of bread. Not happy. Never had this happen. It was on time but not what I ordered. They called me to say they were sorry and they would refund but never happened

We love Jets pizza. Sadly the Destin location is a constant struggle. We ordered 2 pizzas for delivery last night. The delivery window was 1 hour, it took over 2 hours for our pizza to be delivered. I ordered my pizza at 6:50pm and they arrived at about 9pm.
When we got the pizzas they were cold, not even warm! Cold and stale like they had been sitting for a while. I felt bad for the delivery guy because he stated he was the only one who showed up to work of the 4 delivery drivers!
1 of the pizzas was a half cheese half pepperoni 4 corner pizza. There was so little cheese I am not sure it could even be considered a cheese pizza. I took two bites and couldn’t eat anymore it was so bad.
I also tried to call the store but the phone wouldn’t ring through. When I finally got the call to go through no one would answer the phone.

We got a Hawaiian and cheese pizza with mild wings. Took 60 minutes! Way too long. The lady could barely hear. Food was mid. The worst part, they charged us $1.07 for ranch! Like excuse me no. I just think we hit it on a bad day so I don’t not recommend, we just didn’t have a great experience

I am a firm believer on treating each customer fair & equally. While waiting for my order the gentleman that was ahead of me got his food to go & asked for a cup of Ranch dipping sauce. Grace the lady who was working the register at the time happily walked over to the refrigerator & got him what he asked for without any problem. The man said thank you and Grace said your welcome…A couple of minutes later my order was ready. I proceeded to pay. After I paid for my food I politely asked Grace for a cup of Ranch dipping sauce. She looked at me strange & told me it will be 90 cents then she asked if I was interested in purchasing the whole bottle of the Ranch dressing which I felt she was being sarcastic. Other then Grace customer service skills the pizzas were amazing. Moral of this story & experience…Please speak up politely & respectfully if you feel your being treated unfairly.

Had the lunch special. Crispy crust and cheezy cheese. Had some technical problems with the cash register but service was above avg. Pizza was better than pizza hut. Good pizza. Price was kinda high. But it was still worth it. Would go again..

Walked in 3/21 evening and was not greeted with a pleasant welcome around 8pm. The lady did ask how can she help but wasn’t really welcoming. The Two gentleman making the pizzas one older and one younger was making pizzas without gloves. The lady at front also helping with pizza handling not wearing gloves until I brought it up. THIS IS VERY UNSANITARY AND CAN CAUSE SPREADING OF BACTERIA AND FOOD BORN ILLNESSES. was ready to ask for a refund. Will not be back. How often is this happening? Not good…..
