If you know Detroit style pizza then you know that you can get the sauce 2 ways. Either above of the cheese or below the cheese. If you like it below the cheese then Jet’s is the one to get. We had a great experience at this location. The manager Jha was friendly, courteous and made our 8 corner pizza to perfection. The cheese was thick and the crust was light, airy and the edges were caramelized perfectly. It’s was like being back in Detroit. Thanks Jha. I’ll be back every time I need a Detroit pizza fix.

After looking at the rating (3.3) of this location what happened to me tonight doesn’t surprise me. I order a pizza for pick up (since this location doesn’t same day deliver) for the way home as I’ve done before and their debit/credit machines declined my cards. Meanwhile I called both cards I used in front of their staff on speaker and had more than enough to cover the cost. Of course they didn’t even offer to give the pizza to me since it was CLEARLY not my problem. Oh well, Domino’s delivers AND excepted my card. Domino’s 1 Jet’s 0….

Growing up in Michigan, our go to pizza place was Jet’s. I love their pizza and it reminds me of home. Unfortunately, this location is terribly run and probably needs to be shutdown in order to protect the brand.
I’ve been ordering here fairly regularly for a few years, and I have been aware of their staff’s general lack of urgency and enthusiasm. Customers walk in and will go minutes without being acknowledged. Usually, if you order online, you can sneak through the line and pick up your order, but it’s really a roll of the dice.
I showed up the other day, 15 minutes after placing an order. I told them my name and was told that it would be ready in 5 minutes. 20 minutes later I was handed 1/3 of my order, and the the employee’s surprise she saw that there were 2 additional items on the ticket. Long story short, I waited 45 minutes in total at the store, my daughter was crying in frustration, I promised her that I wouldn’t order pizza here anymore, and one of my pizzas was over an hour old when I got home and ate it. My daughter was begging for us to leave before the saga ended, but I had made the cardinal mistake of paying ahead of time (with tip).
If you take nothing from my story, if you insist on ordering pizza here, use the app, do NOT call, and do NOT prepay. Good pizza, but a 1/2 decent chance your day will be ruined.

Exceptional! The only real pizza we’ve had since moving to Carolinas four years ago (Detroit deep dish). Really fantastic. Too bad we live a state over. We started making our own because we can’t find any worth eating in SC. Pizza could have been ready closer to the set pickup time, however (15 minutes over), but well worth the wait. Otherwise, staff were really friendly.

Het’s is a great take out pizza place that serves Detriot style deep dish square pizza with those delicious crispy edges. YUM!!! We try to limit ourselves to just one visit a month.

For chain pizza to me this is the best. I have only tried their Detroit style pizza. Anyone that likes “Detroit style pizza” Jets is a really good pizza. I would not compare this pizza to any pizza that is not franchise so understand that when you see my 4 stars.
It is not for everyone because pizza styles are personal but like I said if you like Detroit style this is a must try. My go to is the pepperoni 8 corner and the Eugene supreme.

I alwaysss eat at jet’s but now I see why I always go to the Creedmoor location. I went to the wake forest location, after calling 5 times and no answer, once I arrived I realized the open sign was off so I assumed they were closed. But I tried the door and it was unlock but all the lights were off. Then I walked in and waited at the counter for about 10 minutes before someone walked up. After ordering I realized there was a dead bug by the counter. Smh worst part was that my pizza crust was old and tasted horrible. Do not go to this location.
