When visiting Tosa, this is an establishment one must check out. The village itself is already beautiful, but the cozy ambience of the restaurant definitely added to the wonderful dining experience.

The restaurant has a huge selection of beers and drinks, in addition to the delicious selection of dishes. The server even offered a sample of the beers I was choosing between. I ended up going with the Lowlander Oranje (a local beer). The beer starts off a bit bitter but settles into a clean taste that really paired well with all the dishes we ordered. They also have a happy hour during the weekdays from 3PM – 5PM, which gives you 50% off local beers. So, if you have the time, make sure to check that out.

We ordered the Buckatabon Cheese Curds (a must in WI), which are made from Meunster cheese, Bruschetta Flatbread (which includes goat cheese spread), and the Mussels (served with a sliced toasted baguette). Everything was absolutely delicious. The flatbread was definitely a pleasant surprise, while the mussels were a show stealer. The baguette definitely pairs well with the mussels which sit in a delicious “broth” that is extremely flavorful.

As for parking, you will have to look for street parking (2-hour parking), but if you’re going during the weekdays, it shouldn’t be an issue. During busier times, they do have a public parking lot a few doors down from the restaurant, which charges about $10 for the first hour and an additional charge after that.

When visiting WI again, I will make sure to go back to try the other local beers and dishes. 5 stars all the way!

The food was excellent and the service was great. I have food allergies and our server Ivy was incredibly helpful in reccomending dishes that were suitable. Sometimes I feel like making these special requests can be kind of tedious but everyone was very accomodating. Our server made me feel very comfortable and cooks made it happen. They made me a regular. The view from our table upstairs was beautiful.

Our favorite breakfast place in Milwaukee. I had the BELT-A, bacon, egg, lettuce, tomato, and avocado. It was outstanding. There are beer pairings for everything on the menu. There is also a good bloody Mary selection, always included a beer chase. Enjoy your visit.

We love coming to Cafe Hollander in Tosa for our date nights. We always split the brownie for dessert. Atmosphere and hospitality is always great but Alyssa B. went above and beyond connecting with us, making us laugh and feel like family. I hope we see her next time!

This is a staple for our family because our kids love it, but today I just came by for a fun Friday lunch solo. Jumped right into a seat at the bar and had a nice interaction with the very friendly (and efficient) Sky. She set me up with a bier and the fish fry, which hit the spot. Fish fry here is great – perfectly crispy and seasoned with a little extra kick.

We are here a couple times a month for a reason. It’s just consistently good food and warm people.

What a cool place! The interior was beautifully designed. The food was very good. My wife and son loved their burgers and cheese curds. Our server was very good hut unfortunately, they made my sandwich incorrectly. Everything else was great.

Good food, good atmosphere, good service. Love Belgian beers. Would come back. Jambalaya was pretty much perfect. Wisconsin burger was perfect. BLT was ok. My brother ordered some kind of chicken and falafel dish, he liked it a lot, just looked like health food to me but good for him.

The salmon on the beet salad was EXCELLENT. The beer selection is great. We shared the brownie dessert and that was a lot of chocolate goodness. Our server Connor was very attentive despite it being a busy Friday night.

Had such a great experience here! The food was amazing, but the service really stood out. Our server Ivy was so friendly, attentive, and made us feel taken care of the entire time. You can tell the staff truly cares about their guests. Will definitely be back!
