Delicious pizza. I have never bought deep dish by the slice before but I prefer a deep dish as the crust is tastier. It was cheesy like pizza should be…amazing flavor. The young lady working was nice and professional. I didn’t see anyone else in there so she was really doing it all. It got a little busy after I came in. This was my first time so I had no idea there was no indoor seating to eat. There was a bench to wait for food. Door dashers were picking up orders too. I would’ve like to atleast see a couple tables outside. I sat across the parking lot at a table infront of Starbucks to eat. Overall, I say it’s excellent!

Very simple pick up place, or so I thought. The good – they do have good pizza and wings. The improvement should be found for their online ordering, and no apparent procedure for picking up orders. Placed order online at 6:15. Response was “ready for pickup at 6:33”. Got there at 6:30. Waiting area is about 6 x 20 ft. It was full with about 12 adults and 2 kids. Because no one seemed to know what to do, it was about 10 minutes before I got to the counter. At that point, I was told it was 20 minutes as they had just started on it. Normally, I would have said nevermind. But I felt already invested timewise. While I will not say it was worth the wait, I will try again. But will call in order and bullrush the counter when I get there.

This was the worst pizza I’ve had in my entire life. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and the crust was very tough, as if it had been sitting out for a very long time. I ordered brownies also and those were hard and tough to eat as well. The pizza overall was so very bland, it didn’t taste good at all.

The second time I went. They messed up my order. I was short on time and had to wait for it to be corrected. Although the staff were super polite and friendly. The order mess up had me frustrated. Quick with getting the orders prepared is great. They just need to be careful on getting the orders correct.

I ordered a small hand tossed pizza well done. I get home and my pizza has not one pepperoni on it. I call the store and asked if they can deliver the correct pizza (since I have already drove there and back) and I was told I would have to pay a delivery fee. I asked to speak to a manager and a female named Selena got on the phone and stated she would have to call management to get it waived. She gets back on the phone and states the manager said it cannot be waived. I asked who would reimburse me for my gas to drive back. It’s the same difference. I asked for corporate number and her manager she then proceeds to tell me she is the manager. I asked well who did you call? She states her assistant manager Ray. So she lied about calling upper management! They will never get my business again over a delivery fee!! Not even sure if the corporate number she gave me is right but they will hear from me.

Ordered 2 deep dish pizzas and they ran out of deep dish dough but didn’t tell me until they were handing me the pizza and said they cooked it on regular dough.
