We’re a family owned and operated Breakfast and Lunch diner. We are located in the Wisconsin Aviation Building, which is across the tarmac from the Dane Co. Airport. Right outside of our windows you will have an up-close view of private & corporate jets, along with visiting military aircraft. Your dining experience is sure to be a high-flying good time! We are open to the public and you can park for free.

This is probably the tops of our breakfast haunts and mos def the most unique!
A fave story is seeing a woman park her plane, sit at the counter, have a cup of coffee, read the paper and take off again.
Typically we order The Flight Attendant omelette with biscuit. Every thing is delish and fresh.
Servers are not only personable, but capable. You can watch the line cooks sitting at counter or watch the planes at booth or table.
A very relaxing start to a day!

Delicious breakfast and cinnamon rolls! All the breads are hand made and the service was wonderful and the food. Thank you for the must see and food experience. Maddie loved watching the planes take off and the toy plane was a special treat for her. We will be coming back. ❤️

Lucas was our waiter and he was exceptional. There was also a waitress who refilled our coffee several times and she was so very kind. The food was generously portioned and sooooo delicious. Watching the planes and airport employees outside the great big windows is always fun and different than your average diner. I would eat here every day if I could. (Heads up, weekends are usually super busy and there are wait times.)

Great way to entertain kids and airplane buffs over lunch or breakfast. Front row seat of flight arrival and departure. Food and service good. Large parking lot, nice restrooms and waiting area shared with private aviation customers. Only improvement would be to accept credit cards…bring cash. There is an ATM machine.

Ever since Jet room switched to cash only, and The Windsor opened, quality has gone downhill fast. This used to be one of my favorite breakfast spots in Madison not it’s unlikely to be returning. From missing food in carry out orders (called back and partially got it sorted, but not ideal) to not giving any condiments with toast unless requested (maybe), just not an enjoyable experience anymore

Visited the Jet Room for a late breakfast. There is no signage outside the building for the restaurant. If it wasn’t for other Google reviews, I never would’ve known it was there.
Like many other reviewers noted, we did have to wait about 35 minutes for a seating (for 2), but it ended up being well worth the wait. Got to watch some F-18s taxi to the runway and take off while we waited.
The food was amazing, can tell they use quality ingredients. Make sure to order a cinnamon roll. They are outstanding.
The service was very friendly and attentive. Very kid friendly and noticed several families with small children.
Will definitely be back again next time we are in the neighborhood.
