Unique flavors, excellent food! Next time I think I will choose the sweet tamales for dessert instead of an appetizer.

We came here for Valentine’s Day date. We really loved the ambience. As you can imagine it was pretty busy on Valentine’s Day so we gave our server grace. You can tell she was a bit new, as she wasn’t too familiar with the menu. I only gave it a four because the steak was a bit fatty, but otherwise flavorful. I would love to go back again and try something else on a less busier night. Four out of five stars.

The food was impressive and good portion sizes!! Full of authentic flavors. Drinks are amazing. The bartender Katie is very attentive and knowledgeable. The restaurant is clean and has an inviting atmosphere. Can be a romantic date or good time with friends. Upscale food at competitive prices.

I love the food here. It may take a couple times to find what you really like as it is uniquely different. I have settled on the empanadas and yuca fries as my staple from the appetizer list. The margaritas are good, however I wish they were a wee bit stronger! The atmosphere is cool too. It can get crowded on weekend evenings so a reservation for then is recommended.

Jesus has an amazing atmosphere and knowledgeable wait staff. Food was good. Steak was a bit more cooked then asked for, but other than that everything was great. Cake in a can was great! Had the Blueberry one and loved it.

Highly recommend. Uniquely curated menus, prompt friendly service, fun atmosphere. Not your run of the mill taco joint.

We arrived early and we were able to be seated, but sounds like you should really get reservations. Staff was really friendly, explained our menu questions very well and appetizers, food/drinks came out surprisingly very quickly. Everything tasted hot, and fresh, drinks were well made and even my husband was especially pleased with the corn tortillas -they didn’t fall apart and crumble. We had 4 adults and 4 kids in our group, kids were not looked at as a bother or inconvenience and I didn’t get a weird look when I asked for ketchup (for the kids).

I’d like to preface this by saying that I’ve worked as a waitress before and I’m not a stranger to the service industry. Tonight wasn’t just disappointing, it was unforgettable for all the wrong reasons, and it easily ranks as the worst service I’ve ever had. We arrive and our waitress greets us. She’s friendly and we receive our menus. We order nachos and three cocktails. It is a Friday night and the place is full, however I must say if drinks take 20 minutes to reach our table then there must be a disclaimer. We get the drinks about 20 minutes later and the nachos some time after. I’d like to add that the only items our waitress personally brought out were the drinks, and after that she rarely came by to check on us. She asks if we’d like any food and I split a quesadilla with a friend. It comes out 30 minutes later. The quesadillas come out with sour cream in a tiny container filled only 1/3 of the way up. There are four generous sized pieces and this sour cream could maybe fit thinly spread across one. We wait 15 to 20 minutes for our waitress to make rounds to our table and we ask for more sour cream, another round of drinks, and the check. At this point we had been there well over an hour and could have easily ordered more drinks if she had checked on us more. Another waitress drops off the sour cream, and shortly after we receive our checks. The extra sour cream is added with no mention from anyone. It’s $0.50 and fine, but it’s not the $0.50, it’s the skimpy amount we got in the first place and the zero mention of it being extra that puts me off. While she is there she starts clearing off the table but never finishes and leaves the pile of empty dishes which is fine, but she takes my knife and puts it across the table in the pile of dishes. After we asked for our second round, I don’t know exactly how long it took for the drinks to come, only that it was a while and they didn’t arrive until after our tab was picked up. I have never been to an establishment where my drinks come after the tab is picked up. Total time we were there was two hours. I leave this review because I want change. The food here is great and it’s one of my favorites, so you can imagine my disappointment when the great quality of this food is outshined by inattentive, poorly managed service with zero communication. Never once were we told it would be a longer wait than usual, never once were we told she was new, and we were given no explanation that could justify these outrageous wait times. I already know this is going to haunt me because every time someone asks about a bad dining experience, this is the story I’ll have to relive.

I enjoyed my visit to Jesus Latin Grill. Tasty food even though when I received my food it was a bit cold. Chill place and friendly service.

I can not comment on your atmosphere as I was not with my family when they went to dine at your establishment. But they had nothing bad to say, and everything good to say about their experience. They ordered some food to go for the members of the family who were not able to attend. I chose something I’ve never even heard of before. Someone was very delightfully thinking outside the box on this menu item. From their “Lamb Birria” section of the menu, which translated by an AI I just used as “Mexican Stewed Meat”, but that woefully describes the Lamb Buritto that I had the privilege to enjoy. Who ever thought to combine Aji panca — a mild, fruity, slightly smoky Peruvian red pepper, Aioli — a garlic‑based mayonnaise or garlic sauce, with ground lamb, rice, and beans in the form of a Burrito, my hat is off to you. This is by far my new favorite dish. Thank you so much for including it on your menu.
