IMO, the BEST food in Baldwin county! We’ve eaten at Jesse’s many times over the years and I think it gets better and better every time we go. Most recently we had the Smoked Brisket Au Jus sandwich and the Pesto Salmon with a side of green beans for lunch. Food was nice and hot and DELICIOUS. We had the Bread Pudding for dessert and I think it was the best bread pudding I’ve ever had. Also, the service was excellent and big shout out to Jenny (sp?) our server. She’s wonderful and such a joy to talk with. Already looking forward to our next visit to Jesse’s.

Not enough stars for Jesses. From location, service and taste of 8oz Wagyu, fried green tomatoes and Uncle Nearest 1884. Zac was an awesome host. Look them up and stop by lunch and/or dinner.
Oh and cheesecake to go since there was so much flavor.
Great addition is not to forget to hear the history of the town and restaurant.

The food was absolutely amazing. The oysters Jesse were my personal favorite, although very rich so difficult to eat too many!
The restaurant was very kind to provide us with a free white chocolate mousse dessert for our anniversary. Everything was so wonderful and we can’t wait to come back.

We arrived at 2:30, so we ordered off the in-between menu. While our food was good, we ordered a dozen raw oysters from the menu and were disappointed to see that the restaurant did not serve top-raised, farmed oysters, as is typical at most restaurants of similar culinary caliber. When we told the server, he said they actually do have two farm-raised varieties. I’m not sure why these were not offered to us when we ordered oysters, nor why when we voiced our displeasure he did not do anything to fix his mistake.
On a pleasant note, the limoncello tiramisu was likely the best dessert I’ve had this year. The toasted pistachios were a beautiful touch.

Beautiful grounds and a cool restaurant. Old school Alabama high end restaurant. Dry aged steaks, oysters, beef tartare, Ceasar salad with sardines!! That salad was amazing. Good wine and liquor selection. Local joint visitors must go and enjoy. Bit of a drive, you won’t be disappointed.

Stopped by for lunch after wanting to for a long time and was not disappointed! I had the Taco Special which consisted of 3 short rib tacos with corn salsa. They were amazing. I thought they were a little small but had huge flavor to make up for it. Service was also great. Will be back.

Everything about this place was gold star service! The food, management and service were outstanding. Our server Clint was just amazing, very knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions without hesitation. He worked very hard to make certain everything was as perfect as possible for us. This will be the standard to which I hold all my dining experiences to from this point forward. The highlight of my evening was the Lavender Crème Brûlée. Truly something I will remember for a long time to come.

5 stars is not enough for this place. The service is to notch and the food is amazing. When you are close to Magnolia Springs this is a must stop by and eat. Check a head to make a reservation for dinner time because it is that good.

We stopped by for a late lunch today and I’m sure glad we did. Food is always spectacular. That’s most definitely why the parking lot was still full at 1pm. We shared the Fried Green Tomatoes and Beef and Edamame soup as appetizers. Both were top tier. They have the best Fried Green Tomatoes on this earth. For lunch I ordered the Asher’s Chicken Sandwich and the chicken cutlet was gigantic. Seasoned to absolute perfection. What made the meal and experience better, and will bring me back again and again was Reuben, our server. He described everything perfectly, gave us SPECTACULAR recommendations and just went the extra mile to give professional and courteous service. He’s a gem. Hang onto him because he was just exceptional.
