The ULTIMATE Nachos had hardly anything left it stale chips after about 6 bites paying extra for Brisket! Picture of proof. Nobody was running the place. After figuring out over a half hour who was our server after asking. We finally ordered drinks and food. I had to explain several times over to get what I needed and still NEVER happened. Then trying to close tab and leave took another half hour. We were one of three tables in the entire place watching the workers stand around and look at themselves. No leadership here. If you hate your time, this is the place to go.

would give it 0 stars if possible. we ordered a pickup online, and when we got there, the lady at the front was in the bathroom for over 5 minutes, and no one else helped us. they told us that they were out of the sauce. so i picked another one, and we got 2 tiny things of it for 20 wings. she went to grab my food after being in the bathroom for so long. we came home with 20 dry wings and cold fries, with almost no sauce or ranch. called the store and could only get food credit, wouldn’t give us a refund. horrible service from all party.

Ordered from DoorDash not paying attention to the time they close (my fault) but waited 45 minutes for my food to be delivered. The dasher waited 35 minutes to even receive the order. I got the food and nothing was correct I ordered two burgers, tots, and fries I received two tots, fries, and one burger (made incorrectly). So not only did I wait a very long time but my order was made wrong, I was missing food and when I called the manager he basically said oh we’ll call DoorDash. NEVER ! again will order from this place super unprofessional.

Wings are good, but the service is literally absent. I waited 15 mins for someone to speak to me at the to go counter, that had no wait. My food had been done and waiting, and i came 15 mins early. My food would have been 30 mins old had i come at the time, they said too.

Picked up order and it was wrong. After talking to a manager (who wasn’t going to help, I had to ASK for it to be fixed after about 3 minutes of talking) and driving back to the store, was told order would be fixed. Waited 50 minutes at the store after that and never received it. At least a dozen people came, ordered and left with their orders in the time I sat waiting. I decided to ask for a refund and no manager was to be found. Spoke with a sever and she took my info to handle the refund (refund has not happened yet, will update IF it ever does). I was not the only customer present who was having issues.

Worst service I’ve ever experienced. Waited a very long time for cold food to be brought out. Repeatedly asked the different waitresses walkikg by for Utensils to no avail since we never saw ours on the floor again. Ended up going to the take-out counter and just getting plastic. On my walk there, I saw our waitress and many other staff standing in the kitchen on phones and gossiping. I suppose that’s why we never received utensils or any service after we got our food. Had to go to the take-out counter just to pay for our meal after.
