I tried contacting this establishment and their number is disconnected. Same with the number on their website. Too bad because I’ve been craving a gyro for days.

I ordered from here through Uber eats today. The food was very good. Our onion rings were burnt af, thankfully my kiddo likes them that way. The portion size was also pretty small considering we ordered a large. The philly was phenomenal! Updated the rating to 4 stars, taking one star off because of the onion rings.

This spot use to be great… now it’s just sad. The quality of food and care put into building what was once my all time favorite Italian Beef sandwich has long gone.I actually changed my old rating from a 5 star because I’m still in awe of how bad this place has become. I guess the original owners sold it and it hasn’t been the same since the Summer of 2017. If someone knows some better Lore about this place let me know… I want to know why the taste died…

This is one of my favorite restaurants. I placed an order via GrubHub. The delivery time was fine.
My issue is that I ordered two chili dogs, light chili. I got two chili cheese dogs. This means no onions or mustard and cheese sauce was on it. It also was smothered in chili. I ate them, because they were hot dogs, but it’s not what I ordered.
I also ordered a gyro that was spectacular, as always.

The prices would be decent if the quantity of the food was well proportioned. I have been here before and its starting to feel like it’s hit or miss when i order and i probably wont be back for awhile. Being a Chicago native i i grew up eating gyros, and they were ALWAYS overfilled with meat. I posted a pic of the gyro i was served. First of all the pita should be warmed not grilled to a crisp. The pita was over cooked, dry and brown in color. There was barely any meat in this gyro. It had more lettuce, sauce and onion in it than anything and i ordered lite lettuce. I was disappointed !

What can I say! This use to be my favorite place when I use to come visit my grandmother.
But as I moved here just recently and have been coming into the restaurant with seems to be under new management! The food just isn’t the same!
The gyros are still good but have less and less meat every time I order them. I recently started getting the phillycheese steaks and they are different every time. Still good food just like just hasn’t and doesn’t have the same feel and quality as before

Always fantastic customer service! Food could be a little more flavorful but truthfully it’s better than being over seasoned and not edible. Their cheesecake is BOMB. Honestly I think about their gyro with tzatziki sauce and their feta fries probably a little too much.

When opening my food I expect hot food not what was delivered to me slightly warm; and further more the fries looked and tasted a day old, fried mushrooms tasted as though they had been refried and with each bite all you were able to taste was grease and did not come with a dipping side as you would be under the impression it would since you were not asked when placing the order online. I chose Jessie’s simply because they offered chocolate milk which my children love and they also delivered; but I will certainly put this on my list of restaurants to not ever order from again!!!! Thank you for a not so good first experience of your establishment!!!
