Why is my sandwich full of onions? I need a refund. This is not what I ordered. Nowhere on that order does it say onions. And I can’t even tell if any cheese was even put on this sandwich. I don’t see any blue cheese.

Great food and I keep coming back, but consistency is an issue. I always request very light oil and vinegar because too much makes the bread soggy, and it’s rarely followed—maybe 1 out of 5 times.
I also waited 40 minutes for a to-go order that was quoted at 10–15 minutes, including about 20 minutes standing in the store when there was no line.
The food is solid, but better attention to order instructions and timing is needed.

WES was so kind!! I came from the salmon creek location around 8:30pm (mine was out of bread) and he had such a great costumer service attitude! I love this place and the freshness! Would definitely come back to this location. Thanks Wes!

We’ve had issues here before but I’ve chosen to not leave poor reviews and chalk it up to no place is perfect. But tonight was the icing on the cake. Ordered online for in store pick up. When we got home and opened the sandwich, it was completely smashed. The tomatoes were mushed, there was cheese on the sandwich when we asked for no cheese and there was a hair. It looked already eaten or ripped. It’s so frustrating to pay $7.45 for a mini sandwich that can’t even be made properly or with any care at all. This continues to be the worst jersey mikes location I’ve been to and it’s a bummer it’s the one closest to us.

You know at first I didn’t like this sub place, then like an odd movie or something strange it grows on you. Now when I think sub sandwich I think Jersey Mike’s. for about $15 you can get there extra large sub would almost feeds 3 people. and for a small upcharge you can get double the meat. With friendly and helpful staff all around and give this 5 stars. Update avoid Saturday’s extra busy.

Great crew and great food. Efficient crew with a good sense of humor and an excellent skill in hard work. Nick made my sandwich just as I wanted it with ease and precision. It’s most definitely not my last time visiting this place and I’ll be happy to return again.
