I had such a great experience at Jersey Mike’s! The food was fresh, delicious, and made exactly how I like it. It’s hard to get my order right since I’m so picky. You can really taste the quality in the ingredients, and everything was prepared quickly without feeling rushed… even when I changed my mind multiple times!
What truly made the visit exceptional was the manager, Heather. She was absolutely wonderful — friendly, professional, and clearly passionate about making sure customers have a great experience. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and her positive energy really stood out. It’s obvious she takes pride in her team and the store.

Easy place to stop off the highway. Riley and Valin were so nice and took great care with our order. I have to eat gluten free and they made sure everything was wiped down and clean for me so I didn’t have any cross contact issues. They were also just generally fun to talk to.

Heather, the manager, truly went above and beyond. She was courteous, kind, and cheerful, and her customer service was outstanding. You can tell she takes pride in her work and leads with professionalism. She made the entire experience welcoming and enjoyable.

This was my first time at Jersey Mike’s and Riley and Makai were fantastic. They were super welcoming and helpful when I told them it was my first time in. Beyond the excellent customer service, they made some tasty recommendations and the sandwiches did not disappoint. I’ll definitely be back!!

Riley is extremely helpful! I initially called thinking my sandwich was made incorrectly, but after reviewing my order, I realized the mistake was actually on my end. Riley handled the situation with patience and professionalism, quickly resolving everything. I left very satisfied and have continued to come back because of his outstanding customer service.
McKay is also amazing. His service is top-notch, and I truly appreciate his authenticity and friendly attitude.
