I visited Jersey Mikes on Sunday November 9 between 4:45pm-5:00pm.Got a “hot” sandwich the Chicken, Bacon Ranch. The chicken did not look like chicken it looked like a cross between chicken and hamburger meat. There was nothing grilled or toasted about the sandwich. The sandwich was super soggy to the point where my plate had a pool of some kind of juice. Couldn’t even tell if there was any ranch on it. The only thing I could taste was the questionable soggy meat, couldn’t taste the lettuce or tomato. And you could tell the kids working there were not wanting to have to help anymore customers, no smiles, no thanks for coming in.

This is a good Jersey Mike’s Subs location. We ordered a Club Supreme and Mike’s Famous Philly cheesesteak, both sandwiches were made as ordered. We also ordered drinks and chips. We were pleased with our meal and service.

Took my husband here to get his birthday rewards sandwich and he was denied his reward. I dont know if the employees knew how to redeem his reward or not, but they said they do not honor them.

Horrible and unsanitary place to get food at. Workers are super slow. I waited in a line as the 3rd customer for over 20 mins before they got my order. And then they take it I wait another 10 mins they charge me for the food and it didn’t even hit the grill. Super unsanitary they do not change gloves touch the counter meat cheese garbage bags with same glove no hair nets in sight. They need the food inspectors to come out and check this dump. Also after waiting 30 minutes I still waited another 18 mins before my food was handed to me. Also multiple come backs on orders that were wrong. I would give them a 0 star if I could. Super unhappy with this newly opened jersey mikes. Owners need to teach workers how to do their job.

I do not have a Jersey Mike’s near where I live in Colorado. So when I travel to Marysville for work, I always make time to go. But today will be the last, after the way I was treated by the staff member that was making my sandwich for simply asking for cheese. became even more rude, when I had already paid for my meal, he had to charge me just for the cheese. He said “if you would have said something, you would have made things easier for the both of us” he then rolled his eyes at me and scuffed off!

First of all, they took 45 minutes on two sandwiches, with barely any line. Already upset because it took so long and while I’m eating my sand which I get a bite that feels squishy and slimy when I actually got the buffallo chicken. I spit it out and see the rest of the sandwhich and it was RAW. RAW CHICKEN. I’m so disgusted and upset I hope I don’t get food poisoning. Never come to this place again, I can’t believe they took so long to make it and it was still RAW. So disgusting, will be calling corporate because EW.

I feel like they were trying to play a prank on us or something. There was more jalapeños than meat. We paid a lot to have it delivered to our door and the sandwich was $30 itself. This is totally unacceptable! We can’t even eat it. I would like one of these stoners to come down to my house and take a few bites of the sandwich.

Okay overall I am really happy with this location. But when ordering on the app is most often when our orders get messed up the most. In person the staff is great and the order is completed acutely. Asked for light oil and vinegar and all sandwiches looked like this. Just drenched in it. The bread was soggy when I got home. I only live 7 minutes from the store. I’m really disappointed because we went there 2 days ago and had the same request and they did it perfectly.

The subs are top notch and easy to order ahead using App. Since I requested no cheese but sub had a mound of melted goo on top of the chicken, I only gave four out of five stars. Luckily I had a Lactaid tablet with me for counteracting the lactose. Stephen ordered the buffalo chicken adding portabela mushrooms and thought it was the bomb!

Ordered through their app. After 2 hours we had no driver and called. They refused to refund or cancel the order, told us we could come pick up sandwiches that had been sitting out rotting for 2 hours waiting for a driver. Refused to remake them if we drove to get them and wanted us to figure out a way to cancel it or get food poisoning.
