I had a delicious sub from there today. The Club Sub. It was well made, and delivered on time. I elected to go with curbside delivery. The young lady that brought it out was super nice.

More like a three-and-a-half star especially the bread was fresh today which was really unusual I had to give him at least three and a half starts for that that makes a huge difference and everything wrong with it was could have had more meat on but other than that it was it was okay and you know they were little chin sung to tomatoes and pickles but everybody’s like that. Funny they always seem to give you a lot of lettuce I like a lot of letters but you know there’s just no substitute for you know they didn’t put on the onions cuz I put some real ones on there I like raw uncooked so that worked out yeah I wish it would have been more tomatoes and pickles probably would have been really good I might had to give her number five but they’re always chance with the bacon I don’t get the bacon you know they got to say. You know relax a little bit. I guess it went when I get a free one I’ll just bring my own bacon so I have extra.

I placed an order for delivery. My sandwich was not made on the bread selected and I have food allergies.

One of the worst dining experiences in recent memory. I placed an online order for pickup and ending up waiting over 30 minutes for them to make the order. I arrived, told them my name for pickup, they assured me it was already being made, then watched as they literally took everyone in lines order and made their food first (over 10 people). Me and another poor online orderer just sat and watched this happen. We kept speaking up and the manager (short woman with terrible attitude) kept assuring us they were being made (I can see that’s not true) and then started yelling “were in a rush!” Just a terribly managed location. No apology when they finally handed me my bag 30 minutes later. I will happily never be back to this location.

Oil soaked all the way through the bread. Soggy as could be. Asked for #13 with ham, pepperoni and salami. She said you want a #11 add pepperoni. I said there is no #11 on the board. The cashier ended up charging me double meat and it was more expensive,$15 . Will not go back to this location.

First time ever trying Jersey Mike’s and I decided to try this location. I walked in not knowing what to order or how everything worked, and I was grateful for the front counter person who not only helped me figure out what to order, but was also very friendly and patient.

It’s cool for the most part but Jimmy John’s is way better. Bread is a little hard. Way to much oil and vinegar but the staff are hella friendly.

I used to work at the Springville, Utah location a little over 2 years ago. I am very disappointed in the customer service is now. The sandwiches still taste great, but there is no communication between staff and I waited for almost 20 minutes in line before someone took my order (and it wasn’t very busy). There was no playful banter and it took another 10 minutes after I ordered (1cold sub) for me to finally get to checkout. Again the sandwiches are still delicious, but customer service could use a lot of improvement.

I have been going to this Jersey Mike’s about once a week for at least 6 months, maybe a year. The sandwiches are great (both hot and cold, I usually get the hot Philly). The staff has been slowly and steadily improving service there and by now it is noticeably better than 6 months ago. They are friendlier and seem to be a lot more organized and efficient. Thank you for all the great subs and see you next week!
