⚠️ There seem to be mixed feelings on this location so I will share my experience. ⚠️

Twice now I have placed an order at this Jersey Mike’s and the sandwich is either slightly *or* massively incorrect.

Today, I tried the new Hot Italian sandwich. It showed up with meat, cheese, and toasted bread. There were no veggies at all, and it was an almost entirely flat slab of warm bread (with a few pieces of meat.

The meat was tasty, but a “meat and bread” sandwich is not what I ordered. I was hoping this time would be better because they also messed up the first sandwich I got, a number of weeks ago.

If you have a good experience here, then I’m happy for you. For me, I’ll stick to another location or a different sandwich shop in general.

I haven’t been INTO this location (only ordered delivery), so I won’t speak to the atmosphere or employees.

This is the SLOWEST location it’s mind blowing. I placed a mobile order. I showed up 10 minutes after placing my order and expected to still have to wait an additional 10 minutes per the pick up time provided by the app. However, I was NOT expecting to wait an additional 30 minutes for a sandwich!

For 2 totaling $30.00 sandwiches, the 2 guys acted so incompetent trying to make them. I’m not sure what the issue was or if they were also making online orders because I wasn’t rushing anyone. The hot sandwich was dry and basically half full. I could tell because previously, the cheese steaks were solid and heavier in the package. They didn’t wrap it tight and snug this time and it was basically breaking in half in the package and by the time I got it home, it was a soggy mess. The guy put one piece of tomato on the kid’s meal sandwich; really? Are you going to go bankrupt from over-tomatoing a sandwich? He couldn’t understand how to make it and I had to almost shout over the partition so he could understand. Then before I could see anything, the grill person had wrapped one of them up and I couldn’t add anything else. No wonder these places are always empty…and for some reason there’s a tip request when you pay. Like what did you really do? “hand me the sandwich”; it’s literally the least they can do to deliver a product to the consumer, like $21.00 wasn’t enough for the sandwich.

Many times over the years I have gotten one large sandwich and asked for it to be half&half. The two employees at the time told me they have never done this and therefore are unable to. I expressed that I was upset with that to which the employees proceeded to go in the back, I overheard them say “It could have been a lot worse.”

As someone who works in customer service myself I find it unbelievable that me disagreeing with the staff led to them ignoring me being there entirely. This is absolutely terrible customer service, and it is ridiculous to refuse a customer something as small and simple as a half and half having them pay instead for two seperate orders.

I enjoy Jersey Mike’s as a company I have always been loyal and treated well, but these two staff members could have handled this situation a lot differently by prioritizing the customer.

When I came in the other day one of the employees was talking poorly in the open about her new coworker to what I assume was the hiring manager. I noticed she did not switch her gloves from her previous transaction (poor hygiene / cross contamination) after she rang me up I thought I should tip- instantly regretted that when she just pushed my sandwich towards me without wishing me a good day before I left

Our sandwiches were so smashed and cut so bad. I watch her cutting the bread and she was pushing so hard on it the bread was flat. Then the chipotle chicken sandwich we got was so covered in sauce it was un edable. Been eating an Jersey Mike’s for years and have never seen or had anything like this.

Went to this location probably 25 times this past year, almost always the employees are friendly, the sandwiches are always superb.

If anyone doesn’t know what to get here are my recommendations.

Turkey club: Rose parm bread, mikes way with mayo.

Club Supreme: White bread, mikes way with honey mustard

Italian: Mikes way :always a good choice:

Famous Philly: Rose parm bread, Add bacon

Famous Philly: No peppers, Add lettuce, Add raw onions, Add honey mustard.

Chicken bacon ranch: Rose parm bread.

If I could give a 10 star for service I received tonight, I would. These gentlemen went above and beyond, especially 1 minutes before closing without a complaint. They were friendly and our sandwiches were on point.

Hey I love this place, I was surprised to see the average rating so low. I just started eating here and ordered it door dash every time…. And it’s been delicious! The rosemary parmesan bread is so legit. Get the oil and vinegar for sure. And cold subs are the only way to go. Trust me!

I am a regular customer at this jersey Mike. On 02/14/25 my son placed the order online and told me it will be ready by 6:50. When I went the order was not and I understand that because the store was busy. I sat aside. But the lady named Ashely was super rude to me. She is asking me weird questions again and again. At last I left the store without picking my order and I want to cancel it. She is discriminating against me.
