This review is a little late, as I visited this location for a sandwich a few weeks ago. But, I felt necessary to still submit because I came in, in the middle of a post baseball game rush.
I was very impressed with how this young team handled the crowd. The place was crazy full of kids and their families with large orders and the staff remained calm and friendly.
The only thing I would say is even though they didn’t show being flustered to the customers, it did show in the quality of the food.
My buffalo chicken Philly tasted great, but was extremely messy because it was thrown together to quickly. I ended up eating it with a fork and knife. (This is my go-to, so I know it can get a little messy w/ the sauce, but not this messy)
But again, considering the age of the employee’s and size of line, etc… I am extremely impressed.

I ordered a hot sub…. Waited 30 minutes while others that came after me got theirs. I asked at the counter and was told they were working on it. Waited another few minutes then they told me someone else took it. They made a new sandwich but not correctly then blamed me for not ordering it correctly the second time. I asked for a refund because I was now late to my job. I just want my money back and should not have to argue

Third visit in a row where I have placed a mobile order, shown up on time for it, and then watched as an entire line of people order and have their sandwiches made before mine. This time it sat in a bag behind the counter for an additional 10 minutes as a full line of people went through. This location shouldn’t offer mobile order if it is now always faster to just show up and wait in the line.

I don’t normally give a place five stars but that food was just too good. Imagine Subway but all the ingredients are fresh and from good sources. The employees are clean. The customer service is good. And the food has so much flavor. Also, there are healthy options. Healthy sandwiches. Healthier options for chips. And even agave sodas

I have been going to this location for probably the past year. Ryan, the manager knows me by name and most of his team already know my order when I walk in the door. The place is clean and organized, friendly staff, and they are always going out of their way to ensure I’ve had a great visit. I’ve worked in corporate America for two decades. The quality and respect of the leadership top down will surface lower in the supporting team through the service, end product, and experience. This crew gets an A+ in my opinion, and it’s evident Ryan instills goals, guidelines, and respect within his team.

Been going here with my boyfriend for a while now and have always had great food. However, tonight the service was terrible. We waited there for 20 minutes while these two young girls were working and were busy chatting with each other the entire time not talking to us at all. I ordered a wrap and the young girl wrapped it in a unique way and cut it in half. I let it go and was just going to fix it later. When we were checking out though, the other girl said the wrap was wrong, took it out of the bag, and tried to fix it but only ended up ripping the tortilla and smooshing everything together. I wish I took a picture so people could understand. She laughed at the other girl and asked if she had made a wrap before and she answered “no.” Ended up only eating half the wrap before giving up on the mess.

The aroma is great. I had a chicken and bacon, and my wife had the turkey and provolone. The spices they add have great flavor. Would have given them all 5 stars, but they made an error on my sandwich.

Very polite employees and excellent subs. I’ve gotten food here for a long time and not once have been left unsatisfied. Even during rush hours, employees are organized with food complete in under 5 minutes with a great taste and presentation, giving me more than enough time to get back to school.
