Horrible General Manager at this location.

Esteban Bonilla had reached out to me on August 10, 2025 because I had filled out a comment card via the website.

On August 8, 2025 I had ordered a #26 excluding tomatoes because I’m allergic to it. When I got home there was tomatoes in my sub. Esteban had reached out to me asking for the pictures that I had took and for my address so that he could send me a gift card. As of writing this review I had not heard back from him. I filled out another comment card and heard nothing back.

If you say that you’re going to do something the most important part is to follow through with your promise.

We come to this Jersey Mike’s all the time and the service is always 10/10. Brandon, the assistant manager takes such great care of us every visit. He’s friendly, quick, and makes sure our order is always perfect. The whole team is solid and I will only come back to this location !

The person took the order. Wasn’t about wasn’t sure about how to make the sandwich. Then when you ripped the sandwich it wasn’t even in the wrapper. The flow of the restaurant looked dirty. The station when you make the sandwich look messy and all crumbs. It was a good clean restaurant before I don’t know about now.

My 1st Time Trying & I Got A Giant #8 Club Sub Comes With Turkey, Ham, PROVOLONE CHEESE, And Bacon. I Also Asked Them To Put Extra Pickles, Banana Peppers BTW Were Super Spicy, Lettuce, Tomatoes and the works. The Girl That Made My Sandwich Made It Soo Delicious & It’s Soo Good. I’ll Definitely Be Back!! Thank you. The Store Was Very Clean & Employees Were Very Friendly.

My mom had to do some banking at Mililani Town Center and since i was craving a sandwich really bad i told her if she picked it up, i would pay I had Jersey Mike’s once before but this was my first time eating from the Mililani Location. I also feel that the second time around trying a place out is always better because you are more aware of the process and you can grab whatever you missed before. The Second Time around WAS better. It was absolutely delicious. Fresh and Very Tasty! Everything you want in a Sandwich, and definitely worth the price. I went all out and ordered us all Giant Sandwiches. I do this because i eat half the sandwich with chips and save the other half to eat with soup!! I had the #6 Famous Roast Beef and Provolone. Yum!! Served on top a nice fluffy white bread bun with a good amount of thinly sliced Roast Beef with melted Provolone cheese were perfect together i love mine with mayo and the thinly sliced onions they do. My mom loved her # 3 The American Classic. Its Ham with Provolone cheese on top the same fluffy white bread. She said the veggies were fresh. Lettuce had a nice crunch and the tomatoes bright, vibrant and delicious. Perfectly seasoned and done the way she liked it. My Husband had the #13. The Original Italian. Its Ham, Provolone Cheese, Salami, Pepperoni, Cappacuolo and Proscuittinii all done up “Mike’s Way”. He really enjoyed it alot. Said it was very tasty, flavorful and fresh! We all had our favorite bag of chips. Very familiar with the Miss Vicki’s brand. The Root Beer was great. I’m very picky about Root Beer and it was my first time trying this brand. Washed everything down perfectly. We picked up a Brownie and Cookie to share. Sweet and yummy and of course, chocolate will definitely be back. I Really enjoyed the delicious meal. Hope you will too!

So, I would have to rate this somewhere in the middle because me, being someone who’s gone to Philadelphia on more than one occasion because I have family from philly… I had to try the Mike’s Famous Philly.
Now don’t get me wrong. The flavor is there.
But!! There were a few key things about the sandwich for me that was missing. :/
I enjoyed it. But no sandwich in Hawaii beats an original Philly cheese steak sandwich.

BUT!! their other sandwiches are actually really good. With the different choices of meat, the lettuce, the vinegar and red wine juice and the seasonings… augh. It’s so good. 😀 oh! And can’t forget the tomatoes and onions. It all mixed so well together!

So, while some sandwiches are good, some are just so much better because of how different it is from the others. 🙂

In terms of rating, jersey Mike’s is probably 2nd on my list when it comes to the chain of sandwich places I’ve been to. :3

My experience is nothing short of a DISASTER! Full of DISCRIMINATION against those who suffer with diabetes.

If I could give 0 stars I would!

Highlights:
– Waited aboit 2 hours for food
– Incorrect food
– RUDE, INAPPROPRIATE, and DISCRIMINATORY behavior
– Discriminated against for being diabetic (almost went into a DIABETIC COMA and PASSED OUT ON THE FLOOR due to low blood sugar from their actions)
– Insanely rude treatment by the on duty manager at the time. Called “CRAZY” and “THEIF” + no humanity and compassion
– Broken Equipment

I tried to put the story here, but looks like it might me too long for Google. But I put it on Yelp if you want to read the story.

All I can say is that at the end, I still have never received an apology for their RUDE, INAPPROPRIATE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and DISCRIMINATORY behavior.

Due to the way I was treated, I/we have not been back since, and do not plan to ever go back again. THEY LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER!!!

My recommendation: You are better off going to any other restaurant at the town center. I have never had such an experience/ordeal like this at any of the other restaurants there. Please do not give such a place who would treat a DIABETIC PERSON who is about to PASS OUT ON THIER FLOOR and go into a DIABETIC COMA so TERRIBLY any business!!!!

IF YOU ARE DIABETIC, AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS AT YOUR OWN RISK!

I order the food yet they repeatedly get it wrong. Soda or chips missing. They don’t label anything so it’s opening every sandwich to find the right one.
Last order was missing a sandwich. I took it to the store. I wait in an empty front until someone decided to come from the back. (Good thing I didn’t want to rob the place) the guy wanted to know what sandwich was missing, but without labels I didn’t know either. They made my sandwich without any type of an apologize.

Pretty good place to eat—if you skip the chips and drink. $20 for a regular sub, chips, and a can of soda? That hit harder than I expected. The sub itself at $12 isn’t bad by today’s standards, but $8 for chips and a soda? That killed the vibe.

Honestly, I had to laugh at myself for going back, knowing full well it was going to feel like a kick in the jewels. I swear the manager was almost laughing too—just barely holding it in behind that cool, unshakable demeanor.

I was skeptical when Jersey Mike’s opened up in the former Subway space at the Town Center of Mililani. Subway was never anyone’s first choice for a meal, offering passable but mostly affordable sandwiches. When its competitor Quizno’s folded up shop, which offered tastier but pricier fare, I figured another sandwich shop with great looking food at higher-than-fast-food prices wasn’t going to last long.

I’ve been proven wrong so far, though, with Jersey Mike’s finding a strong following, and with delicious subs that earn their $10+ price tags. The meat combinations are great, sliced on the spot, and most everyone gets their subs prepared “Mike’s Way,” adding onions, lettuce, tomatoes, vinegar, oil and spices.

And they get extra points for adding a “mini” sandwich option, below the “regular” option, which won’t be filling for a construction worker but is just the right size for a kid, or for grandma.

Unlike Subway, which was where you’d end up when nothing else seemed exciting, Jersey Mike’s is worth a special visit.
