I walked into the store and it was not clear where the line began or where to order. None of the 4 girls ever acknowledged either me or my wife until we just stood at the counter for a minute. Never a hello from any of them. Each one of the girls looked like they were having a terrible day or just didn’t want to be there. Everyone has a bad day but this is a service, people oriented business. That’s part of the custoner experience. If your people look unhappy, then their service is also. At least the food was good as per usual but how hard is it a mess up a subway sandwich?

Love this place! Their subs are absolutely better than any Subway. They never make me sick. Always a quick and smooth order. Employees are well informed, attentive and always friendly. I recommend this place to everyone I know, I even helped my brother on his first visit. Remember when ordering to always make it Mike’s Way, it’s absolutely delicious and unforgettable. If you have time, eat inside, tables are always clean and you have a great view.

I gave this Corona location 2 stars because the service here is almost non existent. We were the only people in line and in the shop. We stood in the order area in front of the girl who was preparing the bread and meat. She was clearly completing online orders however she did not acknowledge us at all. Not even a Hello or How can I help u? After waiting for several minutes I had to ask her if I could order. I then waited for the next person to assist with the rest of the sandwich but no one came. I again had to ask if someone could come and help. I also had other people in my party and had to ask if they could be helped as well because they were no getting any help. I’m sorry but $20/hr to work here is completely over rated. Food is good, service is terrible at this location. I’m not asking for much because it’s just a sandwich shop but simple greetings go a long way for customers. Seems they are so busy with online orders that the customers in the shop are not getting the assistance needed.
