Just moved around the way and wanted to try out local restaurants. Had a taste for some seafood and came here. The service was great. Very friendly. I haven’t had a crab cake fluff in a long time and decided to try theirs. I love it!! Very moist and the breading part was the right amount with a little crunch to my liking. The cucumber salad was sooo good and was a good portion that can be shared with 2 people. Love their fries. Reminds me of the fries from Ocean City with some vinegar…yum!! My friend ordered some stuffed fish that was on the special menu. Sorry i dont eat fish so I couldn’t tell you how it was but according to my friend it was really good. Will be back to try other foods

Baldwin’s Crab House, known locally for good seafood, probably has the best cheeseburger in the whole Joppa area. Thick and juicy, served with fresh ingredients. We were there on a Wednesday night, so the special was the 12 oz. NY Strip Steak. Cooked perfectly, but a little tough. The stuffed flounder was good as well. Save room for the homemade desserts! Katrina, our waitress, was hustling that night as she was working both the dining area and the bar by herself. A good middle-of-the-week experience.

We came here to celebrate my birthday and the visit was just so-so. There is only single restrooms, no easy way to enter if you just ate crabs. The food was mediocre. I did read the reviews on the way, but I was not in charge of my birthday dinner. The crabs were just ok. Some were not heavy nor meaty. I ate only a few and took the rest home (as I didn’t want to disappoint the person paying the check). Our guests were not as pleased either.

I threw down like an elephant coming off of a 10 week fast. The prices are a bit high but you get a lot of food. Plus the specials hesitantly offset the prices.
This place made me happy…but also because I did not have to pay for it tehe hoho haha.
Dag now I feel like excrement. The steak made me sick as dog or just a really sick person (don’t want to offend any dogs, I know how ya’ll get now days).
I was weary though since this 14 oz steak was so much cheaper on special…already knew what that meant. I was trying to increase the risk in my life “come on Dave, live a little,” they said

Very bad.
Tasteless, over-salted, rubbery-mushy and WAY over-priced! I mean really way over-priced. C’mon…$15 for this sandwich???

Parking for a tractor trailer is most certainly NOT advised. I’m on the street curbside with flashers on.

Wow… very nice restaurant with a very friendly staff. We had Steamed Crabs and they were absolutely fantastic. Looking forward to eating there again.

The Crab dip bread bowl is delectable! I had the Rockfish with fries. My sister had the Whiting. The portions are enormous. The staff is friendly and courteous. The food was well cooked and delicious.

Food just okay and prices are high. We were a group of 10. Seems like a lot but there were only us and one other table of 2 in the entire dining room on this Saturday night. Onion rings large and tasty. Cream of crab soup got good reviews. Cheese fries also thumbs up. Our waitress was personable, cheerful. She forgot the muffins . Worse, she forgot one persons whole meal! When asked if the additional 45 minute wait would be compensated for she offered $5 off the $30 bill. When the manager was asked for we had to go to her and she was unsympathetic and only said ‘I can’t. The crab cakes at Box Hill pizzeria are way better for that price. But it would be a great hang out – just only order appetizers!
