On a whole new level. This place is the best one in the region. So good. I honestly forgot just what it was supposed to taste like and they follow instructions very well. I came on president’s day at noon. Thank You all for being THE BEST

The Hispanic women there is so rude and has ugly customer service. This wasn’t the fist time. The first time I let it go because we can all have a bad day. I went AGAIN and she still had attitude. The other girl must be new and nice. When I called to ask her name to report it he didn’t want to give me her name. She did state she was a manager there but there wasn’t another manager I can speak with besides her. I started loving Mikes ever since I had and still have great service from the plaza location in Riverside. I spoke to the location in Riverside and they don’t own this location but was provided with corporate number. I will definitely be pushing this because it’s been 3x already after 2 prior attempts. Don’t come to this location. Also the area is not clean like other Mike locations.

I would have given it a five-star but one thing the music was too loud. The girl behind the counter had a hard time hearing my order. Had to repeat it too many times and I guess the corporate office decided no more chicken salad. That’s what I had come for. Very disappointed! Also the sandwich that I did get was good!

Staff will make a way out of no way to satisfy the customers. I went in with a last minute requests and they made it happen. The manager heard me talking about my birthday and wished me a Happy Birthday from her seat. I go here for every work event!

Clean fast and delicious. Great subs. Good service. You will not be disappointed. They have a decent size menu. The seating area has a little to be desired. However if you’re gonna take something home this is the perfect sandwich to take home. Don’t forget the chips.
