1-22-2026 ordered a party box online, I screwed up and made my order for the following day, so I called the store. The young lady that answered was VERY helpful, polite and fully ready to represent Jersey Mike’s. She fixed the online order I had and told me she would get the order done as quick as she can. I asked her if she could get it completed by 1030am-1100am she said she would do her best, I let her know I was trying to get my team lunch before I left to the hospital to see my grandma. Right after I said that she said she would start the order immediately this was soooo much appreciated, she went above and beyond customer service. I think with employees like her this is a must at this location per the positive attitudes from not only her the entire team seemed to be. Also the receipt fell off my box I called and they were able to get me that receipt right away. All in all just absolute customer service from this young lady. Whoever she is I hope this location takes care of her as she works there she will go far with ethics like that.

Gluten Free Bread is crumbling and pasty and tastes awful…. do better Jersey’s Mike… BUT I do Love me the Turkey sandwiches on Parmesan bread… and I love to have them toast the bread on the grill makes it extra divine…. but never ever ever eat their gluten free bread… it is not fit for human consumption.

Sorry, every time I come here it’s a gooey water way too saucy mess. I ordered the buffalo and also got some brown sauce that tasted like a little bit of buffalo. Half the sandwhich goes in the garbage from so much oil sauce. Easy on the sauce and blue cheese dressing guys….
