I’ve been coming here for a little over a year now. The restaurant is really clean and I noticed it runs really smooth. This is one of the cleanest restaurants I’ve ever been to. Victor, the evening manager is a very hard worker. I think Victor deserves a raise. He is a quality worker and always treats us with respect whenever we come in.

The rudest staff ever encountered. The two workers were too busy talking to each other. Didn’t acknowledge I was there until about 5 min. Then they were extremely disengaged. When I went to pay, the worker never acknowledged my credit card went through, he just walked away. The food is not good enough to put up with such disrespect.

Cute sub shop with very friendly staff. I ordered via the app and missed that I forgot to take off the oil and my sandwich had oil all over it. They very happily made me a new one. A+ for customer service at this location!

I had a very uncomfortable experience at this Jersey Mike’s. The cashier misspelled my name “Dan” as “Death.” I told him, “If you can’t hear it clearly, you can ask me to spell it out for you. Why assume my name is Death?” The cashier apologized to me. It supposed to be the end of it. But another customer suddenly yelled at me, saying that they’re all working hard and I should just accept it. She acted like she was fighting for “justice,” and it became very hostile. What made it worse was that all the staff members just stood there and watched. No one stepped in to calm the situation. Never come back again.

Teach your employees to call the customers name when. The order is ready. Ridiculous my order was ready 25 min ago and it wasn’t called out till I asked for my order. Employee still had the audacity to tell me sarcastically “it’s right there” you mean to tell me. The order was ready you knew I was in the restaurant. Last time I ever order. Here. Jersey Mike’s is our go-to location for a great sandwich. We’ve been at this location a few times and this is the first time that the personnel was not friendly, attentive or engaging and when I arrived the store only had one customer seated at a table. I understand that the personnel is young but that is not an excuse for being disconnected with their jobs.

This is what sub dreams are made of! This is as classic of a sub you can find. It 100% reminds me of a sub from the Niagara region in Canada, I guess the Italians know how to make a sub. Lots of fresh cut meats and veggies dressed with oil, vinegar and herbs. I got a regular and had to power through the last bite.
The staff were incredible. Super attentive and friendly. When they were not serving customers, they were ALL cleaning everything, this is something I have never seen before. They all really cared about their experience, they are living the company motto.
